Hard to open. Airtasker guy warned me be careful not to cut mattress. He was meant to do it but same seller delivered bed frame with MOULDY slats . Had to order another replacement bed frame which took 3 weeks.So I had to open itEven bring careful I CUT THE MATTRESSAnd he said when you get through the layers of plastic it EXPLODES so make sure you have room.I spent $288 on this mattress it is okBUT a bit soft and saggy.Good for my 10yr old but I wouldn’t like it.Only bought it because of great ratings but it’s not firm enough for me

We bought 2 Queen size of these and just recently bought 2 more they are that good. Shopped around at other mattress stores and pocket springs are the best quality. But you have to pay 2.5x more to buy a pocket spring mattress elsewhere. We have had friends and family sleeping on them for over a month and everyone gushes about how comfortable they are. Arrives brilliantly packed and so efficient especially with Amazon prime. Highly recommended

Purchased this as an upgrade to a double for my son (11 years old) he says this us comfortable and soft, he doesn’t want to get out of bed! This is my 2nd giselle mattress purchased and you can’t fault the quality. It’s well made, the fabric is all in tact and manufactured overall, really well. I’ve owned far more expensive mattresses and giselle comes out equal in terms of longevity and quality. My deal came out to the cheapest after reviewing online. Won’t be the last purchase I make from Giselle bedding.

Purchased in a single for my 5 year old child and only arrived yesterday so as far as longevity goes, I cannot comment at this time. For this price though, I don't foresee it being a 10 year trooper or anything like that.First night and my child stayed asleep in their bed ALL NIGHT very happy!I probably wouldn't recommend for an adult, as mentioned in the one star review it's not overly firm and I could see it sagging and losing its plush feeling quite quickly. However, for a child that still hasn't hit 20kg it's absolutely perfect.Arrived vacuum packed in a box, not what I was expecting so was pleasantly surprised and it was super fun breaking that vacuum seal. Happy with our purchase

I chose this mattress for my child's bed after much researching online. It was a good price, and seemed to fit what I was looking for. I read all reviews I could find for this model and other models by Giselle. Overall I gathered that the mattresses were not very firm, but the thicker ones seemed to be comfortable. This is pretty much what we've found! It's soft on top and when you lie on the bed it's firm enough for comfort. My son has no issues with it as he's light. Will definitely buy again

I am writing this review after using the bed for about a month now and I can definitely say we are so happy with this purchase. Very comfortable, love the pillow top and the mattress suited us perfectly. Best value for money, fast delivery, and quick setup. We did allow 48 hours before we started using it as per the instructions.We can honestly say that we love this mattress more than our previous one which we paid about four times the price. As per many people reading this, we had our doubts if this mattress would be any good if it’s this cheap… but I trusted the reviews and guess what? I have now recommended this to family and friends.

Quick delivery (received within four days and dispatched within 24 hours) Bit skeptical because of the low price but the quality is amazing. Left for 48 hours so it could unvaccum itself fully - super comfortable, nice design and perfect size. Came in a box that was about 50kg, so would recommend two people to carry. Was notified throughout the whole delivery process when it arrived to ensure someone would be home. Would recommend this product!

Wrong product description: The product description mentioned the mattress is medium to firm, however, the mattress is soft and creates back pain when you sit on the mattress for long time. Since the mattress is very soft, it goes inside down when you sit on it. This causes back pain for me and my wife. I am not satisfied with the product and asked for the return. However, seller has not taken any sort of initiative to take return. Both product quality is poor and the seller’s commitment is also extremely poor
