Nothing on the product, it's packaging or the paperwork that came with it matches the advertisement it was purchased from. I am not unhappy with the mattress. A little too firm, but comfortable and even. Reasonably well made. Only 31 cm thick. Made in China. Reasonable value for money. Just not sure it is what I ordered. Poor marketing. Questionable supplier.

Love it!! Had already purchased a queen size for the spare bed and anyone that has slept on it said they had a great sleep so l decided to purchase another one for myself to sleep on. When l first received it l just put a sheet on it grabbed a doona and had a sleep, l have now put an electric blanket on as well as mattress protector and (mattress topper which it doesn’t need) come summer l will take the topper and electric blanket off as it’s just like sleeping on a cloud without them.Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.If the bed we bought for this mattress had been in good order, this may have been a good combination - However, seller sent us a faulty bed and we had to go through so much trauma to try and get a solution. After 3 weeks, and via a third party intervention, we got offered a full refund if we returned the bed - queen size mind you, and fully assembled. The cost of return would have been exorbitant. Again, after third party intervention, we got offered a PARTIAL refund. Woo hoo! we get a $100 back and spend the rest of our lives looking at the slash on the end of the bed, which is very visible. Had seller done the correct thing by us, this would have been a very different review. Good reviews travel well, bad reviews go miles further.

Purchased this as an upgrade to a double for my son (11 years old) he says this us comfortable and soft, he doesn’t want to get out of bed! This is my 2nd giselle mattress purchased and you can’t fault the quality. It’s well made, the fabric is all in tact and manufactured overall, really well. I’ve owned far more expensive mattresses and giselle comes out equal in terms of longevity and quality. My deal came out to the cheapest after reviewing online. Won’t be the last purchase I make from Giselle bedding.

Awesome Mattress and Amazing Value!

Firstly, this item arrived within a week of ordering (just before Christmas), which I was super happy with. I bought this mattress for my son, but I wish I could swap my expensive mattress with his! If you like a soft and plush yet supportive mattress, this is for you. Lovely and breathable (unlike my hot memory foam mattress), it's like sleeping on a cloud. I can't get over how affordable yet luxurious this mattress is. It'll be interesting to see how long it lasts. However, at this stage, I'm super impressed. The only downside is that my teenager is even harder to get up cause he loves his bed soooo much. 🤣 Seriously though, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mattress!!! 5⭐️+

Giselle Bedding 32cm Euro Top Pocket Spring Queen Mattress

I upgraded 2 of our mattresses recently. A little bit too soft for me so a mattress topper will be needed, but my child loves theirs! Does feel luxurious.P.s all the social media videos of opening boxed mattresses are for real ! pay attention to the opening instructions. Ive never laughed so much. worth it (sorry child)

Mediocre mattress, clumsy customer service.

Well, bought it two months ago. The mattress is soft and started giving me back pain. The night I slept on the floor and the pain just disappear. So definitely the mattress was the culprit.Now, this may be just me, who like medium/firm mattress. Despite the product description saying medium firmness, I am pretty sure it's on the softer side.However, the customer service ( timeless living) did a good job in disappointing me. The customer service agent advised me to sell to someone by myself. ( Dahhh, thanks for the advice :I).So the title is Mediocre mattress, clumsy customer service.you will find better. good luck.

Never thought I would buy a mattress from Bunnings

The mattress is perfect for anyone on a budget. It gives more value than the cheap price tag.Was hesitant at first, as many have reviewed, due to it being cheap. Have tried laying over many mattresses in other retailers which are over $800. However this comes to close as them.Daily used by a 79kg person and 55kg person. When laying on the mattress it's extremely comfortable and quite firm. But when sitting on the edge, it sinks in a bit and isn't as firm when laying on it.Delivery - Quick and efficient, took only 3 business days to deliver to SA.Unboxing - Straight forward, unpack and unroll. It comes with a blade specific to cut the plastic, so you don't damage the mattress. Outstanding quality for an incredibly cheap price

Very happy with this mattress. I would definitely choose it again for my bedroom or a spare room. The quality of the springs and the soft comfort of the topper has significantly exceeded my expectation. I was very surprised this mattress for the very cheap price would be so good. The springs are nicely firm yet the topper give a beautiful soft feeling. I would buy this same mattress again without hesitation

The queen mattress I purchased was advertised as being medium/firm, it is NOT medium/firm, it's terribly soft and uncomfortable.Please do not rush into buying a mattress online, I've made the mistake of believing what's advertised and having a mattress delivered that's not comfortable. I wish I could turn back time and actually go shopping instore for a mattress, one that I would of be comfortable sleeping on.
