Giselle Bedding Normay Bonnell Spring Mattress | Double

Soo uncomfortable it’s basically just metal springs with nothing in between.I am an adult but had to downsize to this bed temporarily to fit my newBaby’s cot next to me. I’m used to a much more plush queenSize so didn’t expect much especially as it was very cheap to buy,But I now have back pain, am much more tired than normal also.If it’s just for your child’s sleepovers etc it’s fine but not for anyone over 10,No matter what size you get.. I can only imagine what a couple would be doing..One on the lounge I’d guess :((

Horrible mattress. Too springy to the point you can feel the springs and almost too soft to be practical. Its more like a trampoline. Would not recommend. We are buying another mattress now to replace this one.

Ok if you like a soft bouncy mattress, I thought it would be more firm. We put a mattress topper on and it helped. Good for a young child transitioning to a big bed. Would not recommend for adults.

Poor quality, the mattress springs pop whilst sleeping, my knee can go through to the base of my bed and other spots are firm. Speaking with customer service and there telling me to sleep on it a few more night and saying it's a comfort problem when it's a manufacturer problem as we have x3 other mattresses just the same and don't feel anything like this! I won't be buying through this business again! I'm sure it's a comfort thing when a spring pops when your sleeping 🤦‍♀️

Pictures advertised were deceiving, it is not what i expected. The mattress was flimsy and can feel the spring more than than the cushion. I wanted to return but do not think it is possible because it is opened although it is not used. i wish there was more info regarding change of mind return.

Get what you pay for I guess

Waited 5 days just to make sure the mattress had fully come good as its delivered boxed and compressed. Even with a topper it's very springy and you can feel the springs at times. Its very lightweight so lifting it to put sheets on is a breeze but that's about the only good thing about this mattress. I did look at online reviews and they were great but for me 2 stars is the best I can do.Because of where we live online ordering and delivery is the best way to buy but no way of returns because of expense.

The product was really good and the mattress is high quality. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the poor delivery. We live on the second floor and the mattress is 45kg but the delivery team left it on the ground floor and it was such a pain the bring it up. I wasn't even notified by the delivery team about its arrival. I wasn't expecting such poor delivery service from bargains especially considering how good the product is. Please ensure this doesn't happen next time.

Perfect for my little mans big boy bed! He loves it, it is firm enough for him to have good support but the pillow top makes it soft and cozy enough for great comfort too. Great price, efficient processing and shipping time. Gold star, 100% recommend.

The worst mattress I have ever slept on

“ The mattress was described as medium-firm, but the product I received was nothing like that. The springs dug into my back, and the mattress lacked density, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on and caused back and shoulder pain after two nights. It was so flimsy that it collapsed in half standing upright. When I reached out to customer service they were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. They were dismissive and uninterested in helping me find a solution. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone."

Uncomfortable/no support

Bought this mattress for my 3 year old and it is terrible. You can feel all the springs, absolutely no support and no real structure as the whole mattress 'wobbles'. You cannot sit on sides as they collapse. Would NOT recommend this mattress.I have previously purchased the 34cm Giselle mattress for my daughter and it is great (apart from being too thick and making the her bed too high) which is why I decided to try this mattress, but am very disappointed, not worth the box it came in.
