Giselle Bedding Queen Mattress Pocket Spring 7-Zone 30cm

The reason I only give a 3 star is because I purchased this product on 15 Dec 2021 for $349.95, then they smashed price with a big discount to $199.95 on 20 Dec 2021. I would like request a refund for the different, but they refused. I really feel that it's a rip off because I paid $150 more for a product worth $199.95. Very unhappy.

Prompt postage and item delivered in excellent condition. Bed is extremely comfortable my daughter is having great nights sleep! Instructions were easy to follow and a great item for our first box mattress. Thank you Daily Plaza and Giselle :)

Love it, much better than we expected. Except the delivery, it was left right outside my building. I was pregnant and alone, I had to drag this big thing by myself lol. Other than that, the product was 100% great.

Quick postage. Love this mattress. Firm but very comfortable. Happy to go to bed, unhappy to get out. My night sweats have eased off, say about 80%. Highly recommend

The Giselle mattress is fine, I'm still adjusting to my new mattress. But, I was disappointed with the service with MYDEALS. I purchased this product as my second choice mattress by mistake. As soon as I completed the transaction, I realised that I purchased the wrong mattress. I emailed within minutes, then emailed on many occasions. I rang the contact customer service (overseas). The customer service person said I will be getting an email to try and rectify and stop the order. Then after a couple more emails that I sent after getting no response, the mattress was dispatched to my address. After the mattress arrived, I continually emailed. MYDEALS asked me to send photos of the unopened product, which they acknowledged that they have received. False Advertising - Mattress is only 27CM Tall

The mattress is only 27CM tall! I only bought it because it is advertised as 30CM tall. That is false advertising! Discgraceful from Bunnings who just pass the blame to "Marketplace."

Great Mattress

Exactly as described. Very comfortable and no longer wake up with a backache of a morning. The quality and finish is really first class, and after using this mattress for awhile now, can definitely say it was worth the money.

Mattress

Bought this two weeks now. On the first week mattress was medium firm and springs were ok . But from second week the working of Springs is not what we expected. It's going down whereever we sit or lie down ... feeling bit uncomfortable...don't know about the quality of the springs they put in.

Not the firmest, but soft top and soft/medium firm

Great mattress. Very soft layer on the top and reasonably firm overall. Not the firmest mattress by any means, but I think I'll rate the firmness 7/10. Would have preferred an 8 or 8.5 in firmness, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Ok mattress

Mattress ok. Wouldn't buy it again. Very firm and can feel coils on my hip & tailbone when I lie on my back & sides, I'm 70kg. Under side only has that weird paper type covering & you can see the springs. Would not have ordered if I had of known underside wasn't proper fabric and only paper type. It is nice and high though. Delivery was fast.
