This bed is exactly what I wanted. It is firm but comfortable and my back is no longer sore in the morning. I'm actually amazed at how much of a difference it has made to my overall posture in such a short time. Money well spent!

To be honest, mattress is very good. However the delivery was really bad. Not delivery to home so I had to carry the mattress by myself. I am a single mum, I told the delivery man could you please leave in front of my unit? Unfortunately he left on the ground and gone. It was super heavy and also the delivery company was super slow.. very bad experience.

Delivered so quickly and is a very comfortable mattress and a great price too.Having every night a peaceful sleep ,I'm so happy I have bought this mattress.

I did not receive my bed over a month. I bought a double bed on 19/11//2022. Order ID is 435503020. Tracking number is ZIS0297011. It is shipped by Allied Express. Please deliver to my home soon. I ringed Mydeal many time . Nobody answered my call nor call back. Mydeal.com.au does not have any customer support email. X Chen

I received this product with defective parts. I called the Zinus company personally to make a complaint and was able to lodge the complaint. I emailed both Zinus and Mydeal with the images of the defective parts and issues I faced.I also sent another follow up email this week.Now it has been close to two weeks but there is no response from the company Zinus and from the Mydeal online purchasing site.It is frustrating and waste of time. I took so long to assemble this bed by myself with the defective parts.I’m demanding now to take this bed back and return my money. I don’t want to waste my time in reassembling this bed unless they send someone to do it.I’m hoping to hear some type of response from either Zinus or the Mydeal.Thanks,Chander Kumar

Faulty mattress 28cm was only 24cm

Well we had ordered a super firm 28cm height mattress, but it was only 24cm height mattress.Then I called up the website and they were quite prompt to answer and deal with the problem, but the dealer/manufacturers were taking time after time and weren’t getting on with the query.I am still waiting for the right mattress... it’s been almost two weeks since I complained and been about three weeks since we ordered.Didnt know I will still be sleeping on my old mattress, despite paying for the new one !!!!

Great feature

For it's price, this is the best super firm mattress. The only problem I noticed is, at the edges of the mattress, when I sit, it gives me a firm feeling, not super firm. But, in the middle part, it is best. Very peaceful and comfy.
