I have always bought Glasshouse candles for as long as I can remember and prices have ever increased. Retreat allows me to purchase my beautiful candles for less, so I can purchase 2 at a time. Love all the frangrances but this one has such a fresh clean scent, it’s definitely a favourite!

I absolutely love this candle, its fresh but subtle scent always lingers around even after the flame has been extinguished.Lemongrass is the perfect scent for when you need an energy boost. Every time I burn this candle, it has a very clean, crisp aroma, with a distinct citrusy lemon feel to it. It relaxes the mind & body almost instantly.

I have the diffuser and fell in love, so I bought the mini candle to sample. The first time I lit it, all I could smell for the first hour was a strong unsavoury burning wick aroma. The wick was trimmed to 7mm exactly because I have the Glasshouse wick trimmer but I noticed the wick was not centred to begin with.Then the lemongrass finally hit (mini candles take around an hour to give their throw, so you only have an hour to enjoy a mini candle) but I was disappointed.It was a high pitched, cloying lemongrass throw and it was settling into my mouth which was not a nice experience. This is by far my favourite glass house candle scent, second being the bora bora bungalow but this is a citrus dream and I’m enchanted and relaxed and feel wonderful after 30 min or less of this candle being lit. It has an amazing scent throw too!! Must try!!!
Last week, I lit my new Saigon candle and started to clean my house. In a short space of time, not only did my house look clean, but it smelt fresh and clean too. What I really enjoy about the fragrance of Saigon is that it is light, fresh and zesty and not overwhelming. It reminds me of summer. This is a candle I'll be burning right through the year. Thank you, Glasshouse for a great quality product.
Holy Moly, what a scent. This is a candle to definitely burn and awaken the senses in the morning. Its amazing. Such a strong lemon scent. Its absolutely divine.
I am not the biggest lemongrass fan (which is a tad bizarre seeing as I am the biggest citrus fan) but the lovely thing about this candle is that it isn't an overpowering lemongrass scent. Of course the main scent is lemongrass and you pick that up when it is burning quite easily but the added eucalyptus, bergamot and sandalwood balance this candle and its fragrance beautifully. it's a great candle to burn during a warm day when there's a slight breeze in the air. sublime.
