I was surprised this is product was recommended to me by an Ethan Allen designer specifically and by item name. They even sent me the link so I wouldn’t get the wrong one. Unfortunately, not only did it not work, but the shaver fillers kept coming out as well. Perhaps I got a bad one but It definitely didn’t work at all for its specific, and stated, purpose. I’ll try it on sweaters maybe it’ll work on something much softer.

I wish I had had one of these years ago, it is perfect for removing lint bits and fluff. I like having the three attachments for different fabrics. The lint brush is in itself fantastic and the best I have ever owned. This is gold star standard. Well done for selling this product

I picked this up to try and fix a throw pillow that was covered in fuzz balls. I am amazed at how well it works. The pillow looks brand new. I like that it has the build in lint brush which also picked up a lot of lint and pet fur which is a nice added bonus. Would definitely recommend this item.

This is a very useful tool. I was delighted to find it in John Lewis. It is great to help knitwear looking in new condition, removing the annoying bobbles that appear. It is easy to use and comes with an extra attachment which is very convenient as it can also be used on different fabrics. I haven't used it on cashmere yet, but I'm sure that is when I will make great use of it during the winter months.I would recommend this and perhaps it would be difficult to find it in many places....
Awesome that it doesn't need any batteries, and gets the job done in a way that makes something old and worn look like it was bought brand new- just be warned that you will need to buy replacement edges once they wear out. But it's nice not having to buy those sticky lint roller replacements from the supermarket all the time! Also, can take a looong time doing a single piece of fabric, if it has a lot of lint... and takes ALL the lint off your black sweatpants, I was pleasantly surprised.. #LoveItSweeps
This is the most incredible shaver I've ever found for my crochet afghans and other crochet wear. I've tried electric shavers and they always snag the fabric and make holes. The fact that this one is manual and has a few different textures makes all the difference. I highly recommend this product.
Really good item I've tried a couple of other types before but this seems to do the job. I had bought a new jumper that developed pilling after the first wash and would have been unwearable if I hadn't bought this. I like the fact it has different heads for different weights of fabric and the brush end is very effective.All in all a very useful item.
I love this shaver! Since purchasing it, I have been using it on several sweaters and feeling obsessed. I haven’t had one in years and didn’t think I needed one because I was removing the pilling by hand, but this has been a game changer! I love that it does not require batteries or charging. I read reviews and watched a video before purchasing and decided to give it a shot; no regrets. The gadget you didn’t know you needed.
I love this little tool! I just got it today on a whim, because at first I thought it’s probably some cheaply made plastic as seen on tv type of junk and thought the price was a little steep, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. It’s not cheapy plastic. It feels hefty and ergonomic. I LOVE the lint rolling side. It picks up my pugs thick straight hair and my cats fine long hair. There are 10 people living in my house hold (including 2 small kids, 2 dogs, and a cat) and my couch gets so ugly. I used it today to lint roll and shave the pilling before I shampooed it and it made a night and day different before I even started the washing process.
I’ve had a couple of weeks to test this product out and all there is to say is, what a great purchase. You can say goodbye to all the lint that bothers you whether it is on your clothes or upholstery. The added benefit of having different edges definitely shows on the end result. I have three adorable cats and this is also the best tool to remove the unwanted hairs from any fabric with the lint brush. I definitly recommend Gleener.
