The mouse is nice, but connecting it is so difficult. It never wants to connect and once it connects it still sometimes will randomly disconnect. Sometimes connecting it takes upwards of 10 minutes and it’s so incredibly inconvenient. Perhaps my unit is faulty, or the product itself just needs to be fixed. I’d love another to see if my unit is the problem or if it’s just the industry standard.

The mouse is nice, but connecting it is so difficult. It never wants to connect and once it connects it still sometimes will randomly disconnect. Sometimes connecting it takes upwards of 10 minutes and it’s so incredibly inconvenient. Perhaps my unit is faulty, or the product itself just needs to be fixed. I’d love another to see if my unit is the problem or if it’s just the industry standard.

Easily a 5 star mouse if that were addressed.It does come with a cord which frankly is almost always plugged in because it wont survive even a few hour gaming session. Turning off the lights only buys it an extra 25-30% in wireless so, make of that what you will.I purchased this mouse over others because I own a Glorious keyboard that I absolutely love and didn't want yet another software controlled lighting app running on my computer that can often create issues.Also, if you power off the mouse to conserve the battery, while computer is running, and power it back on, it will discover it as a new ... It hasn't created any real world issues other than populating Device Manager with a bunch of non existent devices but I don't like seeing that since it can sometimes cause you to not know which device is which while troubleshooting.I'll keep it, use it corded most of the time unless it needs to be wireless but I don't see buying this brand of mouse again.A real shame considering how out of the park they nailed it with their keyboards that I likely wont ever buy another brand of again.
