I gave up eating the rolled oats that were keeping cholesterol in check, due to digestive pain connected to their consumption. But the dietary changed showed up in my annual blood tests. I was so grateful to find GLORIOUSLY FREE UNCONTAMINATED OATS ORGANIC and am looking forward to good test results in the future. Thank you.

The oats are terrific when heated in the microwave. Nice taste. As far as the gluten free claim-no difference to me
