So when Sephora came out with another one of their "Favorites" sets for $10 and featured the serum in the set I jumped at the chance to try it. I've discovered some of my newest must-have products from them, and I think the Dew Drops are going to become one of them next. To start off, the packaging was really cute. It was a mini version, and it came in an all pink tube, which is recyclable. The product itself is pink and gel-like, and smells really good! Think kind of like watermelon candy or bubble gum almost, but not as strong. I used just a few drops and they hydrated my skin beautifully. They also gave my skin such a gorgeous dewy glow. My skin was much brighter after I used this serum as well. My skin looked and felt absolutely amazing! What it is, is a breakthrough, multi-use highlighting serum that hydrates and visibly reduced the look of hyperpigmentation for a dewy, reflective glow- without mica, glitter, or gray cast. For skincare concerns such as dryness and dullness. The formulation is a lightweight gel. Important Ingredients- Niacinamide: Vitamin B³ and amino acids visibly reduce the look of hyperpigmentation, correct the look of dullness, and minimize the appearance of pores. I love how naturally the product felt on my skin, like it was designed to become one with my skin instead of chemically treat it. At first I wasn’t so sure, because the dewy gloss it left on my skin was almost overwhelming, but this does absorb very well and at a reasonable pace. I did not get the sensation of a product “sitting” on my skin, or sliding down my face. Niacinamide is an incredible ingredient that helps protect and support your skin barrier. Complete with watermelon extract, the formula also contains hyaluronic acid as well as moringa seed oil for their hydrating and soothing benefits. This does contain fragrance, but it is the second to last ingredient, so something to keep in mind. The “recipe” is completely vegan and cruelty free, but absolutely delicious to the senses. This is also extremely versatile, and the company suggests using it also as a makeup primer or highlight enhancer. The more I learn about this product the more I realize how much thought and testing was put into its creation. A definite staple for any pink skincare enthusiast!

I would say if you are not prone to breakouts and are not sensitive to fragrance than this could be a great product for that dewy glow because it does seem to help my skin in other ways but for me it’s not worth it because the breakouts it causes, which makes me have to work on my skin more, with another product. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to breakouts I would choose another product with less fragrance or less breakout causing ingredients, or even just a basic moisturizing product, since if you have oily skin you already kind of have the dewy glow you just have to hone in on it. Lol. It’s too late too return it I believe so for now I only use it maybe once or twice a week.

I bought them from Sephora and bought a full-size bottle because at the time I didn’t see any smaller sizes. The bottle is very beautiful with a pink feminine shape. There is a great deal of product in the large bottle which will last a very long time as you only need about one pump or two every time you use it. It smells incredible. The scent reminds me of a watermelon margarita in the summertime. It smooths on very easily and feels extremely plumping and moisturizing instantly. It does give a “glow” to the areas where you apply it, almost like a sheen. I have to deduct one star because it is somewhat sticky/tacky . However, this product is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!I received this product in a beauty subscription box and was skeptical to try it at first because I have a pretty basic skincare routine and sensitive skin. I use lotion AM and PM, eye cream, and a prescription retinoid for breakouts.The retinoid has made my skin extremely dry and taken away the “glow”. I was a fan of GR from the days when they just sold other KBeauty products, and was excited when they started coming out with their own products and disappointed when they stopped being a marketplace for great KBeauty products. I wasn't wowed by the first few released, I pre-ordered the first avocado (? it was green) sleeping mask but it did something weird to my face and clogged my pores, and I don't even have acne issues.I've been lukewarm about the heavily fragranced (yes, I know it's "natural," but my olfactory sensitivities don't care), but this product wowed me again! I loved how well my skin drank it up, it provided lasting moisture when applied in the morning under my sunblock or tinted moisturizer w/ spf. Apparently, you can't have profanity in reviews- believe me I tried and that should tell you how holy grail this is for me. I held off purchasing this but tested it when I picked it up as a birthday gift in store.For context, winters for me mean the area around my mouth and on my chin is dry, flakey and literally peeling most days. When I say I have tried everything- I have. Cicaplast b5 baume from LRP, danessa myricks dewy primer, even primers by smashbox and guerlain... My foundation did not cling to any dry or rough patches in my problem areas- none. For reference I use the UD tinted hydrator, IT CC or MAC face and body. SOMEHOW, this allows me to wear complexion products over eczema-type areas; something no other product has achieved. Not only that, but with hours of wear, my makeup continued to look flawless. Typically, after a few hours even with the dewiest primer, my skin is dry again and everything's visible.Moral of the story- I will be purchasing, recommending, and probably telling my dermatologist about it. What this gives me, has been unachievable for me for a long time. I'd pay double for it I had to. I pray this does not get discontinued like the banana moisturizer from GR- my other HG

a very special substance in an obnoxious bottle

After using the whole bottle I have to say it does the job of making my skin look very naturally wet and moisturized with just a natural water type shine … no actual shimmer or sparkle chunky flecks on your cheeks which I think some people are used to. I hate the heavy thick odd shaped bottle and feel like I go through this highlighter quicker than any other. No need for a full pump of it. The packaging is just too “extra” for me. You don’t get that much product.I like this more than Marc jacobs dew drops which seemed to be too thick creamy and like a skin overlay rather than a skin drink.I just replaced my empty bottle of this with saie glowy super gel.
