I never received my items. After trying for over three months, a number of emails and phone calls. Outback customers service was very poor. I was promised delivery of my parcel at least 5 times but they were never sent. I gave up after patiently waiting for months. Worst online business ever.

I purchased the GME AW4704B for use in mountainous areas, knowing that it would be quite a challenge for any antenna. I gave it a test run soon after I installed it and I was surprised at its performance; The range and voice clarity was much better than I expected.
