I bought three of these for my two small lemon trees. While they are catching gall wasps, it's sad to see how many non-target insects are also stuck and will die. Also, at $30 for the three items (which I believe I need), it will take a while before I could get a return on my investment. I wish something better and cheaper could be available.

Our lemon tree was on deaths door a couple of years ago - Gall wasp nests all through it. It was really struggling.I've been using these traps for 2 seasons now (coming up for a 3rd) and the tree is looking fantastic and it looks like it might even (modestly) fruit this year.Highly recommend this product.

Quite effective wasp control, provided you use enough traps depending on tree size and remember to renew them as per instructions.

I bought the item at the start of October it seems to work efficiently however I can’t identify the insects they maybe gawl wasps they are small enough
The Go Natural Citrus Gall Wasp Trap is very effective in helping to minimise re infestation by Citrus wasps especially in Spring when the new wasps emerge. It had a fatal flaw in that it attracted small birds including warns who would get stuck on its surface (usually fatal)The new design encasing the sticky surface from birds but allowing insects to access simple but effective Good solution.
So far lots of insects have been trapped. Hopefully fruit fly and gall wasp re among them.
I have 2 lemon trees, both of which have had a long history of Gall-wasp attack. This year, I decided to use this product (2 of them) on one of the trees and not on the other. Within a very short time, the traps had captured a number of bugs. I then decided to get a few more.Just this weekend, I noticed the unprotected tree had been attacked, and I will have to cut a good proportion of its branches off. Today, I put some Go Natural Citrus Gall Wasp And Medfly Insect Traps on its branches.I have no hesitation recommending this product.
Four days, one gnat. Attractant not strong enough. Flypaper with a dab of horse manure would work better.
Absolutely uselessDid not work at allI’m
Have used these in previously and got some more for this wasp season. When checking the tree before installing new ones noticed lots of new galls. Therefore it seems th ones I used last year did not do much to prevent new infections.
The Go Natural Insectrap protects fruit and trees from damage caused by the Citrus Gall Wasp and Fruit Fly (including Mediterranean fruit fly). It will also trap Whiteflies, Aphids and Thrips. It attracts these pests to its glue field and permanently traps them. The enclosure cage prevents accidental trapping of wildlife and non-target animals.
