Not one to normally write reviews for products i buy, but this needs product needs a "big me up", and for people to understand how necessary it is.This was a last minute purchase, before having to jump on the 12 hour flight into Asia. I don't really sleep on flights, due to the noise and other people just being irritating.However on both the outgoing and return flights, i was able to achieve circa 7 hours of sleep, and maybe another couple of hours of dozing which allowed the flight to (excuse the pun) fly by.The pillow supports the jawline and doesn't press too hard on the neck so it's not uncomfortable. There's a little clip on the front to pull and lock the two side in, which you need to use, when you want to sleep. This product arrived on time and was what I had ordered, however one of the pillows had a large sticky stain on the front which was so obvious that if actually hit you on the nose, so there was no way that the person packing the order would not have seen it. As it was a gift which had to be given a couple of days later for airline flights, I was unable to return it and receive a replacement in time so I had to remove the cover and wash prior to the gift giving!! Very unimpressed!

I ordered this for support on my neck while sleeping, both travel and while recovering from an operation. It worked amazing! It's super soft memory foam was unbelievably comfortable. Designed perfectly with the right shape and also includes an elastic strap to close at the front for that firm safe fastening.Extremely good quality as always from J.L Highly recommend! *****

This memory cushion, Unbelievable the designSo simple but yet so effective and comfortable a round your neck.Extremely easy to get on fits perfectly round your neck gives one so much support. Especially like me if you have a large head.Easy cover to take off and wash.Also love the colour goes with any item of clothing.
I've tried many neck pillows over the years but this is the best I've ever used. Supportive but soft. I also sleep with a chiropractic knee cushion and this doubled up for that whilst on holiday saving me having to carry two items!Not the cheapest on the market but the most comfortable I've used and worth every penny.
An excellent concept but as I am only 5ft with a short neck it seemed a little bulky. I used it on a long coach journey and it certainly kept my head supported. Probably made the journey better than no support at all.
I researched travelling pillow a great deal before settling on this one because of the good reviews. It is well made and feels good. I particularly like the clip to hold the pillow in place and it is just right for me. I hope to put it to the test on an seven hour night flight and an eleven hour flight journey in a few weeks. Hopefully it will not disappoint. But so far so good. I am impressed with it.
I am very happy with the neck pillow as a lightweight travel pillow- it doesn't take up much space and gives good support. I'm not using the chin strap so far, it's a bit snug for my liking, can't loosen it much. When using the neck pillow without the chin strap done up I found the plastic fasteners a bit uncomfortable to have flopping around - I have put some soft velcro over those hard edges just to soften them. I bought the pillow hoping to use it for a second purpose too as extra neck support overnight with my usual sleeping pillows. I have found that it is very good for that too, since I have found ways to attach it temporarily.
Really comfortable and I think it will last a long time, However it's not the best for someone with a short neck. I am going to have to somehow make the front of each side slightly thinner so that my cheeks don't push upwards. I couldn't wear this for hours as it it sadly. But I did manage about an hours comfortable sleep with it on a recent light.
The pillow is quite hard and doesn’t sit comfortably around your neck unless you fasten the clips together, which feels quite restricting. I was going to purchase a second one for my husband but, after having used it on a flight last weekend, I definitely won’t be now.
