Used as nipple cream when i had a cracked nipple from breastfeeding. Helped it heal quickly.Since i no longer needed it, my husband also used it on his cracked heels, and it has done wonders for him.

This stuff is the best thing ever for dry chapped lips!
My wife has problems with her feet getting deep cracks in the hard parts of the sole. This fat is apparently excellent to cure that. She says its the same quality as the litte jar we bought while in Australia. Happy wife so very good product :-)
