This is my first wall mounted fan and I have no complaints.I have this fan mounted in a small room to help circulate air (especially the hot air near the ceiling) and it does an excellent job of this. While not as powerful as some pedestal fans, this is by no means weak and it is also considerably more quiet than most pedestal fans.I would not hesitate to purchase another one and would recommend this fan to any or my family or friends.Please Note: This is NOT a wall mounted industrial strength air circulator, and nor is it advertised as such.

Excellent quality fan. Hervey Norman has sourced an excellent built product, being priced twice that of the cheap and nasty copies that there competitors are selling from personal experience it is worth paying extra to save yourself the frustration of dealing with cheap faulty products from the competitors. The staff at Hervey Normal where great with service. The click and collect options definately sped the purchasing process up. Highly recommend purchasing this quality fan from Hervey Norman, also it is quite when operating.

Wow. For the the price it's going to make your summer a lot nicer. Just put one in my bed room and it is a very simple bracket system and reasonably quiet for the price. Can't expect too much. If you can try find a wooden studd you can even get away with one screw - I used a chipboard screw I already had.It has a reasonable tilt down but one or two clicks down would have suited my needs more. (small room). I initially installed too high, you may need trial and error to find you sweet spot. Bracket atleast 30-40cm down from ceiling trim seemed to work for me. Remote works well. Give it a go!
Excellent fan with simple wall mount. We now have four. As others have said, downsides include short power cord, and the area that touches the wall is bare plastic. Would benefit rubber feet. I would not use the included screws, but finder higher quality ones. The steel used is too soft and it's too easy to strip the head of the screw
Great wall fan - the noise isn't too great, and the air flow is good. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that there isn't any rubber feet provided, so when mounting on the wall, expect that over time there will be marks in a gib wall. Also, the oscillation function can creak from time to time - I expect this to get worse over time. The remote works great.
Have had it in use practically every night since purchasing over month ago, runs well and comes with handy remote control. Good speed options and runs quietly enough to sleep through. Easy to hang.
We have a tiny home and thus is perfect for the bedroom! Can be felt in the kitchen space too. Super easy to put up and the remote is so so handy! Has been a life saver in this heat!
Have been looking for one of these units for some time. It is a lot more convenient to have on the wall than on the bench top. Easily fixed to the wall. Has a great range of settings including a timer all on a handy little remote unit. And it is quiet when in use.
I bought this fan two months ago to replace a 15 year+ unit that has served us well. It does the job but has developed a clicking/knocking sound as it 'jumps' while oscillating. Very annoying! I will return and request a replacement in due course.the fan we have seems to be a new model ... the instruction book in the box did not match the fan. Goldair sent me updated instructions after I contacted them but did not address the 'jumping' issue.
