Very loud at 64db, couldn’t get room under 27 degrees, pumps heat out the back so any effort to cool the room offset by the back heat. Returned it as not worth the money at all! Great humidifier - pulled approx 47l in about 8hr but the hose is less than a meter from the machine so you can’t really even get it out the window. Could not figure out the window vent contraption and I’m fairly technical minded. Exhaust hose cheap plastic that would not twist in and kept blowing out as the high heat softens if - just a disaster all round and added to this the sound of a jet engine which was not conducive to my WFH setup I’d hoped for as Zoom was near impossible to lip read!

bought this during summer, works as wonders and gets a 40sqm cooled easily. very quiet and the powerful motor.

The unit that I received was either refunded or a display model. Obvious damage to it, scratches, etc. I would've returned it if it wasn't so difficult for me to transport. On top of that, the remote's display was broken. All that aside, it works, and the app is easy to use, so I'll give it a 3 stars.
Do not buy this if you live in an apartment. The noise is horrendous (64dBA). We had this running on cooling for over 8 hours, with a target temp of 21 degrees. The room never got below 26 degrees, in fact at times it felt warmer inside compared to outside.Even sleep mode still requires the motor to run... so if you like sleeping/working to the sound of a helicopter in your room... this is the perfect one for you.
Extremely noisy - sounds better than it's marketing blurb. Not easy to install if your don't have the correct window type. It's not just plug and play. Very heavy and difficult to manoeuvre. Capable of only chilling up to two rooms and not an entire house. So we use it in the kitchen/dining room and lounge. You really have to crank up the sound on the TV to hear it properly. If you can afford a Heat Pump - go with that option or one of those fancier bladeless fans.

This machine is so loud you’ll need to shout at people to talk. Not useable while you’re in the same room (it’s about twice as loud as a hairdryer).
Effective at cooling but exceptionally loud. The water does not evaporate as quickly as this machine produces it when using the air conditioner mode. Constantly needs emptying, plugs fall out all the time for no reason and it dumps rusty water out onto the floor. Constantly leaks (can't figure out from where or why) and has absolutely destroyed about 2 m2 of carpet even though I have it sitting on a large piece of wood! I had a previous machine that was a third of the price and significantly better. Avoid at all costs!
