These sneakers are truly the best, most comfortable, most amazing sneakers I have ever put on my feet! I hesitated for a long time debating between these and the Gucci Aces before choosing the classic white of the GGDB- I wear a size 9 in almost all American sized shoes and I find these TTS- for reference I wear a 9 in Nike, Frye, Converse, New Balance, an 8 in Ugg or Hunter boots, I took a 10.5 (40.5) in my Gucci Princetown loafers. I had been debating for a while if I wanted to purchase a pair of $500 sneakers. I ultimately pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier! I normally wear a size 6 1/2-7 in shoes, so I went with the 7 since golden goose doesn't come in half sizes. They were tight at first and I was afraid I would have to order a larger size (WHATTT?!) until I walked around my house in them for a while. They definitely stretch out a bit and become more comfortable as you wear them. After wearing them for two weeks now, I can say that they are THE most comfortable pair of shoes in my closet! I think these sneakers are so cute that I ordered a second pair when my usual size didn’t fit right. When I sized up, the shoes were way too big, so I kept walking around my bedroom in the first pair trying to make them work, but my big toes kept bumping up into the top of the sneakers, and I knew it would always be a problem. Then I tried on my tried and true Sam Edelman white sneakers at my local Nordstrom and they fit like a dream for a fraction of the price. Even the tongue was softer. The same for the Frye sneakers, which just aren’t cute. So the Golden Goose purestars had to go back. I dropped a star for fit and discomfort. If they work for you, get them!

So I adore my leopard fun GG sneakers but these are so amazing for a clean white shoe and who doesn’t love a white sneaker for a certain look? They are also so comfortable and the little pop of silver glitter just gives these shoes that special Golden Goose look! I love that GG added this pure line to their collection! Just make sure that your hands are clean! At the store, I saw foundation on them so someone who may have tried makeup touched them and they were stained. I am a typical 36.5 and I purchased the size 36.
Love this shoe! This is my first pair of PURESTARS. With my High Stars, the leather is much softer. These definitely have a stiffness to them and I’m currently breaking them in. But even with the stiffness, I haven’t gotten a blister or anything. If you are a half size, go up for sure. I’m an 8.5 and always wear a 39 in GG. These seem more narrow than my other GGs, but still wide enough in the toe box that they don’t squish my toes. They have a good amount of cushioning as well. If you want GG but not the distressed look, these are absolutely for you.
I got these sneakers 2 years ago and can't believe how comfortable they are, and stylish too. I have another super cute pair in the other GG style but I have to say these are by far my favorite pair of Golden Gooses. You won't be disappointed. I got a size 7 and found them to be true to size and not too heavy. They just get better with time.

Like walking on clouds! So comfortable and lightweight. This is a great pair of Golden Goose sneakers for those of us who are not into the worn-in look. They run slightly small/true to size. I am normally an 8 1/2. The 8 was too short and the 9 just fits. Width is average. Also gives you a little boost in height, which is always a good thing! Highly recommend if you can get your hands on them.
I have 10+ pairs of GG sneakers but was intrigued by these all white ones for a fresh new vibe. They are insanely comfortable right out of the box. BUT I believe or I hope, that I got defective laces. I have worn them twice & both laces have yellowed terribly. They look really bad & this shouldn’t be happening. Contacted Nordstrom & they said to return them. So I rebought them again. Fingers crossed the other pair don’t have this issue. Be aware as I have never had this happen with any other of my GG pairs. Btw- always a 39 in GG and took these in the same & fit is perfect.
This is my 2nd pair of GG. I wear a size 8 in most shoes and wear both these and my superstars in a 38. I wear them WITHOUT socks which makes a big difference in sizing. If Golden Goose made half sizes I’d likely choose a 38.5 and wear WITH socks but with the leather insole my feet don’t really stink going sockless in this brand. I originally ordered 39 based on another review but found the shoes to be extremely too long so I stuck with the 38. These are squishier on the inside than the superstars and maybe the most comfortable white shoe that is so comfortable. MUCH more comfortable than the A. McQueen ones where I found the tongue to be too long and cut into my ankle.
