The dye itself is quite thick, smells amazing, and has an excellent color result. I applied this product to, basically, platinum blonde hair. Used darker daze, all in this together. Bleached to a level 8/9 . It wouldn't stay. Leaked out over every piece of clothing I wore. Color had no vibrance after a week but continued to stain my clothes.It's a much brighter red than they show but still darker than most vivid reds.Loved the colour, didn't love the product.Not just my hair either, same happened to my daughter. We bought it again thinking maybe it was a dud box but no.Rinsed out with cold water.Also made hair very dry feeling compared to other vivids I've used. Wish it was better. Great colour though.

First off I must say the color is beautiful and looks absolutely stunning on my hair. But the hassle Iāve have to face since dyeing my hair has not be worth it. I used about two boxes of this color and place it on top of hair that was not lighted but dye with a lighter color. I held off writing a review in hopes that after a few washes the bleeding will stop, but after switching to a different shampoo and conditioner in hope to stop it I fear I may have to go to a professional stylists to fix this issue.
I was so happy to try pink puff, it was a lot more orange toned than a powder pink, think PEACH-y. My hair is lightened to platinum and for some reason, you could see brassy tones (maybe the orange-y tone brought that out). It faded out super quick within the first wash (used all color-safe products & cold water). I wanted to love this color as it looks soo pretty coming out the tube, but it was very underwhelming. I used 2 other pink hair dyes along GDY Pink Puff for test strips, and this one was super uneven and once again, washed out super quick, and faded to an ugly yellow-pinky-orange (& my hair usually takes well with dyes). I was really excited for this color, but is no good.

I bought Blue Rain and mixed it with a neon green semi-perm dye I bought previously because I wanted more of a turquoise color instead of straight blue. While the blue came out of the tube very dark, once I applied everything, let it process,and then rinsed the excess off, it was very bright and vibrant. The color payoff is beautiful and it was easy to mix from the tube (which is quite large btw). The only thing I would recommend, is covering your bathroom sinks or ledges before starting.
