This is such an easy for of colostrum to take. I just add it to milk or water and its tasteless. I like that this is harvested from ethically grown, pasture raised cows.

Hair and nails are definitely stronger since taking this product. I prefer powder to capsules.

Since taking powdered colostrum my skin and, in particular, my nails are much improved. I'm facing surgery in the future and believe colostrum will help with healing. Will continue to take it.
This is the first time I've tried this product. So far I'm very pleased. Skin looks better and hair and nails are definitely improved.
Have been using this for about 2 months, seems to be helping with some chronic health issues, overall feel stronger and not as easily run down. But havent noticed a reduction in allergies, which is a shame. But also, hard to tell as not in hay fever season yet. Quality seems high and i find the taste mixed with spoonful of water then a dash of milk quite creamy and nice.
