This product has been so helpful. Taking it on a regular basis , for a number of years now, has kept my mood and stress levels under control. I defiantly know the difference if I run out for a few days. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering mild depressive symptoms.

Energy Plus!

Thought I would try these as I had a few big weeks in the offing! I have Rheumatoid, sleep badly and am always tired and lacking energy. Wow. What a difference they have made. Even my younger sister commented on my ability to cope with the pace. I wake ready to go instead of tired and am amazed at the stuff I can get done and dusted in a day now. I'll be 80 in two months time. Not that you'd notice..

Energy and vitality

Brilliant supplement. It makes a noticeable difference to my energy levels. If I have a full on day ahead I take two tablets each day.

Good for energy levels

I have fibromyalgia which can really drain energy levels. I have found this product helps me get through the day. I take two a day first thing in the morning and it definitely makes a difference. When I have run out I have noticed a significant drop in energy levels and go back to needing a nap in the afternoons. Highly recommend.

Great

I love these! Gives me loads of energy, but I have noticed I have to take a break now and again to be able to get that energy boost. It’s almost like the body gets used to them and doesn’t get that boost after a while

I have tried other brands and variations, but this is hands down the best.Give it 2 days and you will feel the energy take hold. Sooo good

I noticed an improvement in

I noticed an improvement in my energy after a couple of days. When I ran out there was a break before I repurchased and I also noticed the improvement waned.

Most helpful

This product is most helpful for a person like me who is constantly on the go and also gets very wound up at times. I just need to take one a day, but when required two do the job. I have also recommended this product to my daughter and she is now purchasing it and finding it very helpful for coping with stressful situations in her work. Most certainly keeps us both calm.

Wouldn't be without this.

I had been using an mlm \'happy coffee\' which gave me energy, and helped reduce my anxiety, but then the recipe was changed, and it was no good anymore. I was gutted, as it had been quite the life changer. I\'ve been taking this product for a week, and it is brilliant. It helps with energy and getting things done, even up to 12 hours after taking it. It does seem to help with anxiety too. I forgot to take a capsule today, and I was yawning at work, and really wanting an afternoon nap.
