I had been using the 2500 for my 12yr old border collie to help with the arthritis is his back legs. We switched to the 6000, and was able to halve his dose with the same positive effect. Prior to starting him on green lipped mussel, he was limping daily and wouldn't run at all. Now he runs around with our young dog every day, and hasn't limped in over a year. He gets 2 capsules a day, they're easy to open and sprinkle over his food, and he seems to like the taste. I'd highly recommend these.

Good stuff! If you have the start of arthritis in your hands and knees as I did this is great for some good relief. I'd started using fish oil which was working quite well for my hands particularly around the thumb joints until my knees stated giving me trouble. This product was recommended and has given good results in both areas. Give it a few weeks to get it to kick in and you should get pain free movement again. It even helped my dog, Max, who had an injured leg from a car accident and he had a pronounced limp, often keeping the injured leg off the ground. After getting him on both the green lipped mussel and fish oil, he is almost limp free!
Have used this product for several years. Previously I bought it from New Zealand, but buying from Pharmacy Online is more convenient and cheaper. The ease of ordering, communication and fast delivery means I will keep buying from Pharmacy Online! And my joints get the help they need!
I started taking this product to help with aches and pains mainly in my hands and back. I don't know if I have Arthritis or not but it does seem to help. I haven't been taking it that long either.
I have been using green lipped mussel extract for my joints for several years. I really like the Goodhealth Mussel 6000. It is a dried formula so there is no problem with the caps leaking as they do in the oil caps. Because of the dried concentrate, they are a little smelly so I would not recommend them to people who do not like seafood. For me, it is like getting seafood every day.

Stopped taking them for about 18 months. Aches and pains set-in and when I found that they were reaching there 'expiry date' I thought I had better use the capsules that were left. After about 3 weeks all the pains diminished and am now a firm believer in Green Lipped Mussel extract. Am pain free now.
I have shifted from Mussel 2500 to Mussel 6000 and have finished a bottle of 300 capsules. When I squat down I feel pain before but after finishing 300 capsules, I feel not so painful when squatting. I hope it will improve as I continue taking the Mussel 6000. I take two capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the night.
