I don't want to exaggerate when I say this is the best mineral sunscreen I have used. I'm not the type to write reviews either and didn't want to write one to gate keep this product. But others must be introduced to a good sunscreen!I have a light-medium complexion and this looks lovely on my skin. It has a glowy finish, does not feel heavy or tacky. When applying, I make sure to not apply too much from the get go so my skin is able to absorb it. Then I'll go with more. For my skin tone it will leave a minimal, and by minimal I mean it because you can barely tell I have a white cast. I can only because I know I applied it in the morning haha.I am in love with the formula and in love with the price point!

I tried this via recommendation of Shelley from Geek out of Water on YouTube. We both have dry skin so I knew I needed to try this stuff! Plus, I'm pregnant and mineral sunscreen is preferred than chemical. So I tried it and... it's a dry skin girl's dream. Light (like not heavy at all), moisturizing, and it did not change how my makeup wore all day! Also it comes out white out of the tube but any white cast disappears within a couple minutes of blending it in and sitting for a minute. It leaves a natural finish that has a slight glow, But does not feel greasy!I found that it made an awesome primer. It has a subtle sweetish scent and does not smell like that classic sunscreen smell we all love.If someone with oily skin tried this I think they could skip ... MoreI tried this via recommendation of Shelley from Geek out of Water on YouTube. I saw many reviews complaining about a white cast, however the tube does NOT claim "0 white cast", it says "minimal white cast". The words to the previous statement are true, I have tan/brown skin tone and the white cast is very minimal when applying it. Once it is blended in, there is no apperent white cast.I also saw people saying it peels, but that has not been a problem for me when I use my skincare before hand. I would know how this applies under makeup since I have not tried it.This product has never broke me out and I have sensitive skin. I am also on tret so my skin is mostly dry and once in a while it is a nit oily.I would definitely recommend this sunscreen. There is no fragrance, it works well with sensitive skin, and it is affordable!
I finally knew that the one area of my skincare I needed to be more consistent and concerned about was using daily sunscreen. With the weather where I am warming up I've been outside and then staying outside way way longer thanI anticipate and after the first afternoon of coming back inside looking almost like a fully cooked lobster I knew I needed to start being responsible about sun protection.I've tried other facial sunscreens in the past but they have felt too heavy, took to long to rub in and absorb or wrecked havoc on my skin. I have oily skin and this to my surprise absorbed so quickly and felt like I had nothing on my skin. While I was out walking it never felt like it was melting off as I was sweating and an hour and a half later when I came back inside ... MoreI finally knew that the one area of my skincare I needed to be more consistent and concerned about was using daily sunscreen. I'm happy that I found this product and that it is so affordable. It's easy to apply, a little goes a long way and it makes me not dread putting sunscreen on my face.
I really like this sunscreen! It's very lightweight and absorbs well into the skin. No detectable white cast but I do have pale skin.I probably wouldn't use this if I had dry skin because it can feel a little drying, but it doesn't break me out and it's comfortable to wear on my normal skin. I wouldn't use this under makeup without a primer either as it does reduce makeups longevity.I saw another review saying they didn't like it bc you have to reapply every two hours but that's typical for a sunscreen. It is not water proof/sweat proof so definitely more of a daily wear option than a beach day option.
I bought this sunscreen cause I liked the price and like the brand. It has a good liquid consistency that makes it easy to apply. Unfortunately, after several days of use, the skin on my neck turned red and was incredibly itchy. I stopped using the sunscreen but have recently gone back to it. The reaction happens some of the time and not others. While the skin on my neck gets a littke red (& itchy) - it has not been as bothersome as the first time it happened. I am continuing to use the sunscreen and recommend it for those who do not have sensitive skin or skin prone to irritation.
It applied as promised. I didn't have a white cast after a minute or so and even in the beginning it was very, very minimal. I didn't have any pilling. (If you do, it may not be compatible with the ingredients of the other products on your face.) It didn't leave me feeling sticky either, and I live in a very hot, high humidity area, so that's amazing on its own. However I'm noticing a few days after using it for the first time that I'm getting tiny breakouts on my cheeks. I don't want it to be this, but I think it is as every other mineral sunblock I've tried has resulted in this, leaving me with no options or sun protection other than hats & glasses.Their other products (apart from the toner w/niacinamide) has been amazing for my skin though! This is an updated review from my previous one just a couple of days ago. This sunscreen gave me a horrible allergic reaction. It didn't happen right away, I've been using it consistently for almost a week and my face started feeling irritated after about 5 days. I've stopped using it and the swelling is starting to go down but it is still very painful. I woke up with small, irritated hives all over my face and neck. My face feels hot to the touch and it hurts to sleep on it. I have fairly sensitive skin but mineral sunscreens usually don't cause this kind of reaction. Please be careful using this product if you have sensitive skin!!!
Normally I'd just call it a miss and still try to use the product when I could but this sunscreen was such a miss that I returned it within the week. First of all it made my skin feel the kind of sticky it does like when I've been on the beach all day with sweat and salt, gross. Second, if the wind blew too hard this product would roll up into little white balls all over your skin. I bought this to go underneath makeup and I couldn't even get to foundation before I'd have to wash my whole face and start fresh without this sunscreen. Lastly, the second day I used this I woke up the next morning to little puss-filled bumps ALL over my face. As someone who (knock on wood) never has breakouts, this was very concerning and frustrating.
