So far, so good! These have great non stick features. I'll update my review after a few weeks of use.Edit: After using this cookware for a few weeks now, I am highly impressed with them. When they arrived, I found them to be extremely lightweight which concerned me greatly about their durability. However, if used properly and cleaned properly, they are an excellent addition to my kitchen.I find that cooking with little to no oil or butter is the way to go on a lower heat temperature. Also, washing them by hand with a non metal scrubber and mild detergent gets them sparkling clean without ruining the non-stick surface. I also do not use metal utensils, so as to not scratch the surface.

Love the look of the set out of the box. However, once you begin to use them you realize just how they do not hold up as advertised. You can fry an egg on low heat but it sticks, you use a butter knife to cut brownies in the square pan and it scratches the coating off to bare metal. I wanted something that looked good and worked as advertised, unfortunately that is not what I got. They get hand washed with every use as I was raised you do not put pots and pans in the dishwasher, If using as advertised scratches and sticks I would hate to see what a dishwasher would do to them.

Gotham steel is the best of the best! When it says “non stick” that really means non stick. I made nachos the other day on a baking tray. The cheese melted on the tray, after clean up the cheese washed away with a little warm water and soap. We also cooked rice and burnt a little, no problem, the burnt pieces just sides right out. My husband and I haven’t used all the pots and pans to say if it non starch resistance yet and we only had it a few days, but so far it’s holding up nicely. The handle does get a little warm but is not super hot to touch, so the “cool to touch handle “ meh .. maybe not really. If you’re looking for a good quality and long lasting cookware set. Gotham brands are the way to go.

A+ finish after 1 Yr of scorching, scouring. LUVIT

I'm not an accomplished cook...don't have years of cooking for a hubby and kids like a lot of you ladies. That means I usually turn the heat up too high, and I am always getting distracted long enough for my food to burn. I have scorched oatmeal, mushrooms, canned goods (especially diced new potatoes and carrots) and frozen cauliflower. When the food looks like it will have to be tossed, I am always surprised that I can scoop it up and it looks fine on the plate and tastes just fine. The pan, however, looks hopeless, with all the black goop stuck in the bottom of the pan. My pan bounced back just as shiny as it was when I bought it. I have since scorched many pans of food and my pan looks as good today as it did when I bought it. I see absolutely zero evidence of any scratching, and I definitely don't see how the finish could come off. Please do as I say, not as I do, and try to remember to keep the heat at the appropriate temperature and to stay with your food when it is cooking on high. You will be happy with the results. And don't be afraid to scrub the inside of the pan with a scouring pan because your finish should be just fine. If you are like me and can't remember to check on the pan, then maybe we all need to take cooking lessons. What we don't need is another non-stick pan. We already own the best, IMHO.

Gotham Steel Cookware Is The Best!!!-

The cookware is amazing!! It does exactly what it says it does!! I recently made banana nut bread and zucchini bread with the loaf pan , and it came out clean!! I was quite surprised!! It was a breeze to clean up afterwards!! The pots, pans, and fry pans are simply amazing!!! I love my Gotham Steel Cookware!!! No regrets buying these!! I also have 2 frying pans that are Gotham Pro. All of which are every bit as good as they say they are!!!

Does what I required- storage are nice but not impressive- Lock and Lock are much better. Think they added them to set to get rid of them. The pans are great, and not too heavy- easy to clean. Had my old Stainless set since 1998 so new technology, new weights, new colors! Look for what makes you smile, (I honestly went to my friends kitchens and checked out what they have, then went to several different stores that sold sets and made a decision.). Like food you get what you pay for and it is an investment that you shouldn’t have to replace for many years. I have a 5 burner gas stove/oven. If you replace your set every few years due to use and breakdown. Looks Good, but Handles not made for Handling

Unfortunately, my wife was unable to hold even empty pan because of the handle design. There is too much of a sharp edge on the top of the handle. This cuts into the palm of her hand. Never even used them or finished unpacking. She picked up the uppermost pan in the box and that was all the farther she got. I have submitted a return request but even after 4 days have yet to hear back from Gotham steel…….

Oops, I scortched one pan!

Like most pans they started out non stick until I got distracted by the kids accidently scortching butter for scrambled eggs! I was able to carefully scrub the blackend scortches but I could definately feel differences in the burnt areas even before using a plastic scourring pad. I have used the pan quite a few times since, it still does a decent job, but it does require a light scrubbing where before 95% would simply rinse away with the sprayer %26 a swipe of soapy water with the dish sponge, now I have to scrub lightly to clean it. All the other pans spray out easily, but I havent accidently scrotched them. I havent used the baking items yet, but they dont seem to have the same coating so Im iffy on how well they do. Paint chipping

I received these pans for Christmas. By Jan. The paint on the bottom is chipping. I purchased dividers to protect them when stacked,hand wash and use no harsh products.Reached out to customer service on the third attempt I did speak to an agent. After I sent pictures and completed the requirements. They were very helpful stated they would send replacement pans. I received one pan a month later I have three chipping.I do not recommend because of the chipping and lack of follow through with customer service. I don't know if areas that paint is chipping will rust very disappointing was really excited about these. On the flip side they cook evenly and have great non stick.

poor quality and not scratch resistant

I ordered these at Christmas, I was super excited to get them. Very disappointed in them, they arent scratch proof. They are great for the first few washes, but after that, we noticed the non stick coating started coming off. The handles kind of dig in your hands when moving them away from the stove. They could really use handle covers for better grip. One of the storage container lids literally came apart in the dishwasher the first time I washed them. This set was a huge disappointment, enough so, that I took the time to write this review to warn others not to waste the money. To sum it up, basically choose any set of pots but these.
