The Arc XL Mantel is a practical and durable accessory that expands your oven’s usability by creating a convenient landing zone at the front of the Arc XL. Whether you’re launching pizza, roasting vegetables, or smoking meats, the mantel makes it easier and safer to handle food as it moves in and out of the oven. This clever extension is designed to enhance workflow by providing a strong and stable surface right where you need it most. Use it to rotate pans securely, baste meats without heat loss, check doneness quickly, or rest sides in the doorway to keep them warm while finishing other dishes. Engineered for reliability, the Arc XL Mantel combines a 304-grade stainless steel shelf with a high-pressure die-cast aluminum support arm, powder coated for scratch and heat resistance. The result is a rugged, easy-to-clean accessory that’s built to withstand the rigors of high-temperature cooking. Installation is completely tool-free, with a push-fit design that clicks into place securely in seconds. For anyone looking to maximize convenience and efficiency with their Arc XL oven, the Mantel is an essential upgrade that makes every cooking session smoother, safer, and more enjoyable.
