Made these into cupcakes for work. Everyone loved them. Light, fluffy and so delicious. So easy to make and great value. Makes 14 cupcakes (leave 1cm gap from top of casings).
Was nice, light and delicious icing. We bought a chocolate one too. Haven't baked it yet.
