Great large pan, works perfekte with the extra 30cm lid that I bought alongside. Nothing sticks and its large enough to cook a lot of food in there. A must have in every kitchen!

Pretty nice frypan. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and here are my thoughts.Pros.The Non Stick surface is really good. Water and even oil (mostly) just run straight off or bead up.Its easy to clean the black bottom is superior to the typical brushed metal finish.(I'll have to wait and see the durability of these features)Cons.On the induction hob, I have to set it a notch or two higher than the old curculon frypan, to achieve the same temperature.
I have used this pan about 3 time so far and have been enjoying using it. This ceramic non-stick property is very close to PFAS non-stick pan. Surface touches smooth too. I have another Neoflam wok with their older coating, and found this pan has better non-stick property. I love the pan's 8.4cm height side, helps prevent spill when cooking. It's large 26.5 heat conducting surface is also great for searing a single large piece meat or many small pieces of meat.The only down side I find so far is when I first got the pan, there were some kinda oil streak which can only be seen from an angle. I need to use the rough side of the non-stick sponge and give it some reasonable force to remove it. Brilliant for first 6 months but now everything sticks. No visable damage to pan. Only ever hand washed.
I decided to try a ceramic pan after seeing a succession of traditional non-stick pans lose their coating and, worse, beginning to retain odours of previous meals (particularly bad if that happens to be mackerel fishcakes). I've had the Torino 30cm for over a month now and I am very impressed. The coating is very tough and extremely non-stick (be prepared to see sausages sliding around the pan), which makes it really easy to clean. The pan itself is heavy and solid, with thicker sides and bottom than most other pans I've had so far. The heat from a gas hob is distributed quickly and evenly, and the surface deglazes readily so sauces work better than in traditional non-stick pans (where some of the meat juices simply stick to the sides). One of my friend who works for a newspaper has advised me to ask you about warranty of the purchased frying pan.I was sure you being a big and serious company at firs will make apologies for your sold product but not find us your customers the guilty one and after all because the pan is still under warranty terms you could replace another one which is better.I don't want to publish this inconvenience in newspaper, but your team will force me to do.I have nothing to lose but lots of people will know how you treat your customers.
A star down because it was delivered with a little scratch on ceramic coating. That's why I'm not sure about "metal utensils safe" statement.
