We wanted to replace a small stone-based frying pan, and eventually found this on the web. The size is just right for a 2 egg omelette, I'm using less oil, the surface is genuinely non-stick, and it's so easy to clean. Highly recommended!

This is an exceptional pan. It is extremely well balances, and the non-stick surfacing means you need no or very little oil to prevent sticking. It cooks evenly. Also, it cleans up very well with a wipe and minimal washing. It is very well weighted in one hand. But I must say the vast amount of packaging the pan came with is not really in keeping with the the eco friendly marketing

This particular GreenPan non-stick lining is the best I've ever found. I've had one of my pans for five years used constantly and it's almost as good as new.

I wanted to love these pans, they look good and I was hoping there’d be a good non-toxic & greener alternative to Teflon, but everything seems to stick in the pan as it’s cooking, which isn’t what most people would expect from a non stick pan! On the plus side the residue scrapes off easily with a wooden or plastic spatula, but it’s not non-stick!
Great pan and non stick is excellent so far after a couple of weeks. Used mist days. Be aware that the base is a little domed. It's not entirely flat as per many frying pans.
I purchased this pan because its predecessor of a different bran had given up being non stick. It had only lasted 20 years but the lid from its predecessor fitted it.Lo and behold the lid has a third life and fits this pan even better.The quality is good and so is the design.Plus great service from Hartsofstur.
This is a really good size pan. It's a pleasure to use because the non stick capacity is so good. However, it does require a higher heat than normal to get working effectively. It feels like the food takes longer to cook than my normal pans so it means starting earlier rather than later. It's a good weight as well
Great purchase! Been looking to replace old non stick pans with something that looks good but is also healthier for the family. These are great looking, not too heavy and not too expensive. Very pleased so far.
I liked the fact that there was no fluoride or nasty coatings on the frying pan. It's a good sturdy pan but not too heavy. The non stick is unbelievable, it's so slippery that you hardly need any oil. The test will be how it lasts but only time will tell. I can recommend this pan.
I like what this company does and its ethos, but honestly this is a terrible range. I bought the smallest and largest ones. the small one works adequately well but is prone to leaving carbonisation deposits which are very hard to shift with normal soap and water, and the non-stick level is pretty poor. The large one is an absolute nightmare. It isn't flat but raised slightly in the middle, which means this section gets hotter than the rest and the carbonisation is worse here than elsewhere on the pan. The non-stick feature on this pan is basically non-existent: food sticks to it like glue, no matter how much oil you use (which isn't even healthy).
