I nearly gave 5 stars as the pan is great. This is my first experience of a ceramic non stick coating and it has been fantastic, every bit as good as Teflon without any of the nasties. The pan is reassuringly weighty, but not heavy. I like the recessed rivets inside the pan to ensure there aren't any traces of food left behind after washing, and I love the rough black underside of the pan. The only reason I knocked off a star is that the outside of the pan has already got a scratch on it after minimal use, so it must mark pretty easily, though it is just cosmetic of course as it's on the outside. Just a small detail.

It is a lovely pan to cook with however it is quite heavy.
Great quality, fry’s wonderfully with absolutely no sticking. Easy to clean , I wish I had discovered Green Pan years ago!!
Super non stick and food absorbed less oil! A little heavy but otherwise top notch!
Haven’t used the wok yet but great size love the design just a shame we thought the colour was black but it’s grey
Being Chinese I have always been picky with my wok and I’m so pleased I found this one. It’s heavier than a traditional one that my father would have used but I find the weight gives the wok stability on a raised gas hob when I’m throwing everything in. It cooks like a dream, washes like a dream. Makes light work of my cooking. I would recommend this to all my friends. I wish GreenPan did a Craft saucepan range.
This is the second Greenpan product I've bought and I'm happy with it. It's very easy to clean and looks great.
