Bought this pan to try for new range. Was surprised at how quickly pan heat and cooked food evenly. A little butter, cooking oil, or Earth Balance is all you need. Foods turned out delicious, leftover steak was still good the day after. Let pan cool completely to clean, washes without problems. More stock is needed for this pan, it's a must-have.

Best Cooking pan out there! I have a green pan that’s 13 years old and still my favorite go to pan, and I didn’t think Greenpan could get any better, but the newer technology is even better! Wow! You should always add a little butter or quality oil for good cooking health and taste. It also extends the longevity of your Greenpan, and I can attest to that. Sprays are not really recommended so I don’t use them at all anymore on my Greenpans. I also always hand wash with a tiny bit of dish soap and warm water, after use, and they clean up super easy because nothing sticks to it anyway. If you do those few things, your Greenpan will last forever. My 13 year old Greenpan is still going strong! I decided to splurge and get the most expensive stackable set at target. I used this pan 5 times and each time it got harder to clean and the food stuck to it more and more. I read the instructions before using them, always out a layer of oil, no more than medium heat, non metal untensils, and hand wash only. what a waste of money. I will never buy green pan again.
I loved this pan to start. Very light for my weaker hands, was a breeze to clean. It heats up very fast even on lowest setting on my stove so beware of cooking food very fast. But the nonstick coating is gone in less than 6 months. Always hand washed, never ever a metal utensil. I followed all the instructions from the company (boiling water, melamine sponge, etc.). There is no build up on the pan. The non stick is just gone and everything sticks. Too bad. I thought I’d found a new, healthier pan.
Cooks great, but stains and stain won’t ever come out. This is the most expensive frying pan I have ever bought. I really liked the smaller pan made by the same company that is sold in stores: cleans up so easy! I loved the look of this Paris Pan: I waited for my Birthday reward to use it on this pan so good. I was really excited when I used it a couple of times: then someone left this pan dirty in the sink filled with water. There are now two permanent stains inside the pan that will never come out. It looks terrible. I became so disappointed. I reached out and no one took me by the hand, helping me find my way to a replacement pan. I do not recommend buying the Paris pan. Make a plan for a different pan!
The first 3 days I thought this pan is awesome! It’s beautiful and it’s NON sticky!!! But then I made a pancake and somehow this pan couldn’t handle it!!! It sticked badly! I couldn’t believe it. I used soda gently cleaned it. But since then this pan could not be called nonstick pan anymore!!! It sticks every time!!!!!!!!!I don’t understand why. Frustrating! And also I don’t understand how this pan got 4.5 starts reviews.
The perfect nonstick pan. Nice to not have to worry about anything sticking, non-scratch, and no harmful chemicals. We use no oil or butter, not needed at all. Everything slips right out, just takes a bit of nudging from a spatula. Cleans in a snap. Will be buying a larger pan.I can't say enough about how great this pan is. We have been disappointed in the past by other 'non stick' pans that did not preform well.

Barely any scrubbing needed at all, simply wiped it as soon as I was done with it and that was it. Its a good size to cook with but the space it takes is even better. Although it says you can use nonstick spray I didn't yse anything and just ket it gradually heat up and it was fine. My food slid around nice and easy without using any fat or oil. Food cooks quickly and evenly amd easy to serve straight to your plate. I will have to consider additional pieces and lids to my kitcheware.
