The GreenPan - Smart Shapes Frypan in 10 and 12" is fantastic! We have cooked many types of meat and stir fry in these pans on low heat using a bit of olive oil. It cooks food quickly and is super easy to clean up! The secret with these pans is you need to read the care directions before using them. I really like The Original Green Pan 9.5" frypan. It has a patented Thermalon coating that helps to evenly distribute heat evenly and it has exceptional non-stick qualities as well. It requires a medium to low heat setting to cook or fry foods. It heats up quickly and it has very even heat distribution. My food cooked quicker on a low heat setting in this pan than a high heat setting in my other pans. It doesn't require a lot of oil or butter to fry foods either. I used a fraction of the amount of butter that i usually need to use in my other pans to get a totally non-stick cooking experience. The handle doesn't heat up or get hot so you don't need a pot holder to transfer it or flip food if you're making pancakes or grilled cheese. Clean up is a breeze too. I am very impressed with the 8 inch GreenPan. It is very heavy feels nice in your hand, The coating is very nice its a thick coating of non stick ,I have had many non stick pans and this one beats them all. It dissipate's the heat very well you do not to cook on very high temperatures It cooks evenly , i have not had anything stick to the pan.It is made very well by just picking it up you know its a nice frying pan, The handle is also very nice and heavy duty. can be used on different type of heat sources, Clean up is super easy, just a soft cloth and it cleans right up. I season it with butter. I think this pan is well worth the money and i would definitely recommend this. If you like your food to taste good this is the frying pan for you. Its durable and versatile.

These are great, I have cooked several different meals/side dishes in these. The food gets cooked evenly and nothing has stuck to them. My favorite thing about these is the clean up is so easy. This a two pack set that includes a 10" and a 12".These pans are also free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium so it will never release toxic fumes. These are also compact and stackable. These are non-stick and metal utensil safe. These are just great and a better option to cook with. Everything I have cooked in these have come out good and I could not be more impressed with these. I use the smaller one for egg omelets and the larger one for more lunch and dinner meals.
I truly love my set of Smart Shape GreenPans, they both are heavy-duty, durable and has a ceramic nonstick surface. What I like most about these pans is the Stay-cool handle and that I can also use them on any burner surface such as a gas, electric, ceramic top or my Induction Range. When I am cooking with my greenpans I always use utensils that are wooden so I can prolong the life of the pans. When I'm frying in the GreenPan I do not have to use a lot of oil and the best oil to use should have a high smoke point such as refined olive, peanut, corn or clarified butter. I never use extra virgin olive oil, sprays, aerosol, mist or pump sprays it will carbonize the nonstick surface. I am seriously into cooking. I've heard a lot about GreenPan and I was excited to try these out. I was not disappointed! The pans are light yet sturdy and have a smooth, silky finish. They conduct heat extremely well and I didn't have to put the knob past medium as I sauteed chopped and diced veggies for a stuffed pepper dish I made. I have a gas range and the heat was evenly distributed. The handles are insulated and easy to hold. The food cooked evenly, was easy to control, and tasted great. Cleanup was a snap! I'm going to try the smaller pan for an omelet and I think it'll come out perfectly. These are going to give my All-Clads a serious run for the money!
This is a great non stick pan, that is very easy to clean. It is without a doubt, the best egg pan I have ever used. It heats up quickly, the handle gets only warm, and eggs literally slide off the pan. It’s heavy duty and I use it often. A soft sponge and mild detergent is all I use for an easy cleanup. Highly recommended!!

I cook using gas, and found that the pan heated evenly, and food cooked quickly, even at the lower temperature that the manufacturer suggests. The handle is comfortable and feels sturdy. One word of caution -- I did burn my thumb on the upper handle because I wasn't paying attention (completely my fault, of course), but that part of the handle gets just as hot as the pan. So definitely keep your hands on the comfort grip, don't be an idiot like me!All in all this is a great pan, and I plan to purchase a few different sizes. This SmartShape frypan is the BOMB! The frying surface of the frypan is slicker than black ice. As of yet nothing sticks when cooking with it. I had received the 9.5" and 11" frypans and wanted to complete my set. I read what the write up said about the Magneto base but wasn't prepared for how evenly the pan heats and cooks. There isn't a reason to cook with temperatures higher than Medium either. I cook my eggs on the setting of 3 on my stovetop and the eggs fry as though I have used a much higher setting. The handle design is sturdy and the cleanup is a breeze. I just had to rinse and wipe dry. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
