GreenPan Venice Pro Stainless Steel Healthy Ceramic Nonstick Light Gray Saucepan

This is my favourite frying pan that I have ever used! Its non-stick capabilities are next level, it is incredibly scratch resistant, and the the handle is perfectly ergonomic and comfortable to hold. I made a small batch of rice krispie squares and the marshmallow/butter mixture hardened on it like glue. Some of it I was able to peel right off in chunks because it was still not completely sticking to the pan, but whatever didn't come off like that I was able to soak off and it has 0 scratches or wear on it at all. I want every pan and pot I use to be this brand!!!!

A must for anyone that cooks

This ceramic non stick frypan is a pan that is great for so many uses. I am able to use it for so many different recipes and able to use it in several ways of cooking on the stove and in the oven. I don't worry about anything sticking to this pan. It is dishwasher safe making it a breeze to clean. This has been my go to pan for almost everything that I need to cook. The quality is really great and it is one of the best pieces of cookware that I have owned. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

Super easy to clean, don't have to scrub a pan for what feels like hours to get it clean. Just a piece of paper towel cleans my pan. Super durable and the pan distributes heat evenly. Warms up quickly and don't have to use gas on high. Works best around medium heat. Excellent non stick frypan!

Awesome Pan!

I have absolutely loved using the Venice Pro Nonstick Frypan! I find that once I find a great frypan it is hard for me to switch up from it. That is what is happening with the Venice Pro frypan. It is extremely durable and the nonstick feature is always a plus. It is very easy to clean and in my opinion is the perfect size, not too big or too small. I would definitely consider buying more pans from Venice Pro.

Awesome pan

It's a beautiful pan and I am totally in love with it. its just the right weight and doesn't strain my arms when I need to transfer the dish from the pan to the container. I like the fact that it evenly distributes the heat throughout the pan and so good cooks evenly. I like the fact that it's completely safe from all the chemicals that come with non stick pans. The handle stays cool too and I m totally loving it. I have only used wooden utensils so far and it has been great.

Easy to clean. Works on induction

The pans heats quickly on the induction stove. It has been very easy to clean in the few months we've owned it to date. (Oatmeal, milk, balsamic vinegar, baked beans have been cooked in it). The pan handle remains cool enough to hold during cooking. Occasionally the lid emits a creaking noise as it cools. I assume this is because the glass and metal cool at different rates.

Finish isn't durable.

So wanted to love this pan. The even heating is wonderful and it really is non-stick and easy to clean...HOWEVER, the FIRST time I used it, and only used silicone utensils, there was a damaged spot in the non-stick finish. Don't know if it was just this pan that was defective, or if it's just this finish. I have other Green Pans in the Valencia Pro that are wonderful. Thought Venice Pro would be the same, but it's not. Tried to upload a photo, but it won't let me.

High quality and performance!

Nice Quality

The pan itself is nice quality; it has a great non-stick surface that ISN'T old-school teflon (which really is horrible stuff once it starts breaking down) and it handles food so much better than teflon did anyway. The size is convenient for cooking a variety of everyday foods and I appreciate that the sides come up high enough that the contents don't easily splash out onto the stove.It definitely has some weight to it; in fact, I almost wish that it was *slightly* lighter because it can get a bit heavy. I also wish that it had a comfort-grip handle, especially since it IS a bit on the weighty side and that it came with a lid (which I find that I'm missing having). Very high quality

This is a really sturdy pan. My last non-stick frying pan started to lose its coating so I had to throw it ou. This doesn't even feel like it has a coating. It feels clean and safe and really substantial. It doesn't stick and gets to a great, even temperature. I love it.
