I placed an order online due to COVID restrictions and the service was and is very poor. When I placed my order for two pairs of slippers, they were both in stock. I received notification on the receipt of my order, confirmation that the goods were in stock and would be shipped. I then received notification that they were despatched which I duly received. The goods I received were not the slippers that I had ordered as I received a dressing gown and a jumper. I then had to place three phone calls to return the goods as nobody appear to understand that I did not receive slippers. I eventually on the third call was advised that I could return the goods to my local store which had just reopened which I did although I had once again go through the details of this was ... I rated the goods as one star as this was only way that I could submit my dissatification.
Comfortable slippers, a good bridge between winter and summer. Not too grannyish. Good fit for my difficult feet.
Not even worth $20 let alone $30.Poorly made, small bumps on the sole from what looks like the mold them came out, so very uncomfortable and my mum ended up throwing them in the bin. Very disappointing
