Tears easily. Thick but not strong like the shiny stuff that lasts decades. Had to use 2 layers under concrete as it tears just walking on it. Gets crease marks like paper. Ok if you just want a cheap liner to cover wood or something temporary but don't call it builders film. Very low density film.... Show more

Tough plastic with good coverage. Used this to line the ground under our existing house to control dust during the installation of insulation to the floor. Thick enough to resist puncture from small rocks.... Show more

I bought the 200 micron thick version and laid it down over coarse sharp-edged gravel in my large shed as a vapour barrier. It tolerates being walked on without holes poking through.... Show more
