I really like the consistency and taste of these and I'm not normally a fan of GU gels, too "cake frosting" for me. These are almost like a drink and have decent taste. If they had the "leash" like on the PowerBar Hydros's they'd be perfect.

Take one just before my long runs and definitely makes a difference, love the coffee one. These are a must have for races and training for me.
I have a hard time with gels, but these liquid ones go down far easier than the traditional ones. They also don't seem to freeze- the regular gels get so thick in winter that they become extremely hard to eat. The sweetness of these still makes me gag a bit, but they're a big improvement over the regular gels.
Tasted pretty awful would not use it again or recommend it to others based on taste

It’s great recovery for my tiredness!!ive got two of these for sale And tried when I had daily exercise for long run. I had the best time for it.
I purchased the trial pack of four of the flavours and yesterday I tried the coffee one.I am a big fan of coffee as a flavour, but this was a huge disappointment as the flavour was not pleasant and the consistency along with it being very syrup like made it more .. no thanks.It was fine in the tummy, but it won’t go on the re order list.
