This is by far the best lipstick that I have tried! It is matte but it doesn’t dry out my lips, it’s very lightweight and feels powdery when applied on the lips. The formula is similar with the MAC Powder kiss collection which is suitable for people with dry lips. The difference between this and the MAC powder kiss lipstick is the staying power of this is better. This is definitely powdery and light but it can’t be wiped off easily with the simplest touch, unlike powder kiss, it really clings on your lips. I received this product for review complimentary from Influenster. This lipstick has a thick creamy and matte consistency. The color runs cool and would in my opinion be best suited for cool tones. The pigmentation is great, it is very pigmented and covers the lips well. It has a thick consistency that isn’t too overly drying, however it does accentuate dry patches on the lips. I would recommend applying a lip moisturizer prior to wearing this lipstick. I do find this lipstick to rub off easily and last up to 1-2 hours before needing to reapply. I live in south Texas where it is hot and humid therefore that may be a factor in the short longevity of this lip product. I do like the packaging and how well made and luxurious it is. The box and the case of a Gucci lipstick is luxe. I feel like just the gold heft of the case of the lipstick ups my glamour game. The rest of my lipglosses and lipsticks in my ditty bag just wilt in their inferiority! That's where my happiness with Gucci lipstick ends. Not entirely - the matte lipstick goes on smoothly and doesn't have a chemical smell or taste and it doesn't feel tacky or sticky. It delivers on being matte and being the shade that the tube looks like - a very neutral lavender/beige that just doesn't suit my skintone. It only took one cup of coffee for it to start wearing off and that would be my main reason for not wanting to purchase another one, albeit even if it was in a color that was better meant for my coloring. received this product free for review from Influenster. This lipstick comes in a luxurious gold tube. The shade Sonia Light Beige runs cool and looks like a stone color against my warm light skin. It is highly pigmented and you only need 1-2 swipes to get full coverage. The consistency is creamy and thick. It has a satin feel on the lips, with a true matte look. If you have dry lips, this will accentuate the dry patches therefore I suggest you apply a moisturizer on before this lipstick. I live in a highly humid and hot climate where I sweat a lot and this lipstick only lasts about 1-2 hours on before I have to reapply. It is a really nice consistency but I would not pay full price for it. I feel like I can get a comparable drugstore lipstick for a fraction of the cost.... Show more

Everyone knows I live for a good nude/brown lip and I cannot be bothered to wear a lip liner all the time so I love brown/nude lip colours that work for deeper skin without a lip liner cause who has the time or energy. This lip colour is PERFECT for work. Like it is a lovely slightly cool toned brown with a HINT of a pinkish rose hue to it it is very delicate and lovely. My only issue is the lipstick BROKE after like 3 uses??? Like it just broke off and I had to stick it together and in the freezer to try and get it to stay. Just using it with a lip brush now. I do not know if I just got a bad batch but I LOVE this colour and will buy it again. It is also matte but not drying. I usually get my matte nude lippies online from NYX because they have this one shade that ... Luxury lipstick must have

This is a luxury lipstick worth the price. The tube itself has a nice weight to it, and the gold linear pattern looks and feels elegant. The branding is very minimal, just Gucci in lower caps on the top of the tube and embossed on the lipstick itself. There is a light fragrance, nothing overpowering. I'm very impressed by the matte formula, it swipes on like a satin but has a matte finish. Extremely comfortable to wear, and has decent lasting power. I wore this to a party and only reapplied 1x over the course of 6 hrs. Perfect deep beige for Fall!

This shade reminds me of an apple cider color/pumpkin spice color as it is beige but almost reads red/copper undertones on my skin which I think is absolutely gorgeous. This color would be so flattering on all skin tones as this could be a deep neutral for fair skin or more of a nude for deeper skin tones. I have also paired this with a nude lipstick to create an ombré effect and that is so beautiful for a summer vibe. I also adore the formula which is a velvet creamy matte vs a flat dry matte. As such, on days when my lips are dry this still applies like a DREAM! The packaging is also high end and heavy in a positive way.
