Guess Who? Classic Game
The rules are simple. But the game is not. At eleven years old, Morgan Sheppard solved the murder of a teacher at his school. The publicity surrounding the case launched him to fame as a modern-day Sherlock Holmes. Until, that is, Sheppard wakes up handcuffed to a bed in an unfamiliar hotel room. Around him, five strangers are slowly waking up, as well. Soon they discover a corpse in the bathtub. But which one of them is the murderer? Now Sheppard must put his deductive skills to the test--or face certain death.

Games now a days just aren't what they used to be. That goes with a lot of things, but this game did not disappoint! They actually moved forward in an amazing direction. The two player boards interlock together to store. The inside even holds thr instructions! I like the thick quality 2 sided game board. Just so many bells and whistles. The characters are so hard to describe now - lots of different coloured hair and also not sure how to describe some of the people and cards are hard to see. Also the quality of rubbish the cards keep falling out and the plastic is flimsy. I can’t believe I had this game years ago and it was brilliant. This new trendy version is rubbish, bought for our daughter but we played once and binned it! Avoid.

I remember this game as a kid so bought one for my daughter. It’s so cheaply made, the flap to cover the faces broke off from the beginning. The back came apart, and like a kid, mine got frustrated and didn’t want to play anymore even though she liked the game itself. Do yourself a favor and pass on this version!

I have been playing this game for decades, and I really enjoy this new design. I didn't think I would because - nostalgia, but it is nice to not have loose cards. Such a great game to teach kids how to ask questions and think analytically. It seems like another kid game, but it takes effort for children to eliminate the people by what characteristics they DON'T have.
who has an old guess who game with missing pieces? I'm having trouble figuring out why after decades of the game being a thing with flawed design and easy to lose pieces and characters, you have flipping pieces that so easily fall off and have to be reapplied. I'm actually surprised to see this have such high ratings considering the frustrations with trying to reset the game. as a game, guess who is great for kids. just fix the terrible design. as I'm talking I'm adding a star because there aren't loose characters to choose, so at least we won't lose those.
The game is a great game and always has been. This new design is good in theory but my kids bent the yellow flaps on the first day with hardly any force. There are no replacement pieces. The old game could actually withstand children playing with the game.
I thought I was buying the original like I played as a child. The pictures are different and not as defined with glasses hats etc. All the women are pulling side faces. Not much variation. It’s smaller not easy to see for the kids. Just cheaper and different so not the original at all. It’s multi cultural but not done well. Everyone looks same age bar 1!
The portability of the game is fantastic. We love that we can take it anywhere and even played it on the plane. Grown ups and kids both love it. It also has two different character cards, the regular and then also super heroes.
This updated version was thoughtfully designed. I like it so much. It’s all self contained: no cards to lose or box to damage. The cards are double-sided for more characters. The playing boards can stand up or be hand held, and they clip together for storage. Honestly, I am going to bring this in the car for the kids to play. The doors don’t fall off like the old version and because the characters are all on large cards, there are no small cards to fall out or get lost. There’s a diversity of characters and the second side of the character card is the same people but as superheroes. I hope other games can be as thoughtfully redesigned as this one.
fail doors fall open too easily and mess up game takes fun out of it. id think people have more of a brain than this after how many years of this on market? the oroginal was the only well made one loose cards or not that is not the issue the CHEAP made POOR as can be fold out design and opening yellow "doors" that also fall off are nope. stop makign each worse with each tweak AND PLEASE HIRE ME? if want to i am hiley versed in all common sense and busisness comment and give me your contact ;)
