I’m not going to give the bottles lower than 5 stars cause I just love Guinness that much. However, having said this, I would never drink bottled Guinness. This is just not where the party’s at. Whenever anyone says they don’t like Guinness, I know they haven’t had it on tap. Draft is the best way. Taking that first sip is as comforting and soothing as nice tight hug from a favorite person you haven’t seen in months. It’s the perfect cold weather beer. It’s like drinking coffee, only better. First when they poured the beer into my glass the bubbles fell down. Now I'm no genius but I thought bubbles were supposed to rise! I tasted this beer and instantly regretted it. I will never ever get used to that kind of beer. I will rather stick with the "King of Beers" or the "Champagne of Beers"

Let's be realistic, everyone knows that a real Guinnes is served in a glass from the tap, at room temp with a head that you could rest a dime on. That is the only way you should be able to buy it. But corporations need to make money, etc and I get that. I tried the cans because they come with what I can only describe as a mini pressurized air canister inside that, when you open the can, releases air and mixed the liquid so when you pour, it's the closest thing you'll get to a tap. It comes out with a huge head and at room temp it's about as good as you'll get without being at the bar. I think it tastes slightly different not sure why but it's the same as Sam Adams Boston Lager when it's from a bottle... it just tastes different. Can't explain it.

This review is going out for my husband, who I say should just keep Stock in the GUINNESS company right now. 😆 lol. He loves Guinness Stout CANNED beer (only). It's the only 1 that he will purchase ALWAYS have on-hand, while trying a 6-pack of something else here or there. 😄 He even goes so far as to have Guinness pint glasses for his ice cold Guinness a few accessories here there. My son I always know what to get him for Father's Day his Birthday. I tasted the Guinness once told hubby, I thought it tasted like what motor oil "looks" like, lol. Guess it's not for everyone, but he loves it! Although, from another source, she told me that true drinking Guinness from Ireland, should be tasted "Luke Warm". Uh, no thanks. 🇮🇪 would be really ashamed! 😅

Great Stout

Not much of a drinker, and never really cared for beer. When I would go out with friends, I would order Guinness. It seemed to go with my taste for coffee, of all things, or that roasted flavor aspect of such things. What finally cinched it was actually going to Ireland and discovering how well it went with dinner(the food, both during, and after. That pretty much brings me to where I am today with it, since I don't drink soft drinks and usually just drink water with dinner. Now It's two Guinness per day, after supper. Guinness is best on tap, a can is next

The Guinness Draught in the can is far superior to that in the bottle. I prefer it at sixty degrees F, 55 is OK, but some of the flavor is lost. Below 55 even the smoothness begins to vanish. Of course you need to be careful when opening, as at sixty or above it will foam quickly. Open it quickly with the opening over the glass. One is never enough. Guinness is low alcohol and low calorie..

Pure Drinking Perfection

Nothing better in the wide world. Like mothers' milk to a baby. Big flavor with fewer carbs than a regular old Bud. To the naysayers, I say apples are not oranges, my friends. If you want higher gravity, if you want higher ABV, if you want additives muddying the taste of your barley, hops, and yeast - buy a different beer! Any 4.2% ABV beer is bound to taste "watery" compared with a 10% triple IPA. Why? Obviously, because it contains more water and less alcohol. But compare Guinness to another 4.2% beer like, say, Coors Light, and watery is the last word that would ever come to mind! Guinness Draught is smooth, flavorful, and refreshing. If you are after perfection, look no further. This is the real deal.

Worst I've ever tasted

There must've been something wrong with this. People have suggested it may have been stored incorrectly. Left in the sun or something. The widgets didn't work properly. There was barely any creamy head. Flat. Horrible. Undrinkable.
