My family follows a mostly vegan diet for health reasons. Our diet is fairly "clean" (mostly whole food, plant-based, low fat with lots of raw). Our one splurge is an occasional yummy containing chocolate.It's hard to find good-tasting vegan dark chocolate chips without breaking the bank and the Guittard "extra dark" chips fit the bill. They are not 100% vegan because they are "processed" on the same line as Guittard's milk chocolate products, but that only adds trace amounts. None of the ingredients in these chips are from animal sources.
