The online order arrived promptly and in good condition. The instruction booklet was written clearly. The steam mop heated up quickly and was fairly easy to use and didn't leave excess water on the floor. It wasn't too heavy and kind of stood upright by itself although the connection mechanism between the stick and the mop end feels like it could easily break. I've only used it once and to be honest it doesn't feel robust. It's not easy for me to store on account of the size of it. My big problem is that the handheld steamer attachment doesn't attach at all to the unit and so cannot be used at all. I am waiting to hear from Hann about what they are prepared to do about it. this is my second mop I would recommend it to everyone...excellent response and result...although I was slack my first ones pump would eventually not respond and come on probably due to my lack of cleaning out the pump with the special treatments....I have had first one for 3 1/2 years. cons: the body is not real strong after many droppings, and replacing the body part because the bottom mop head eventually cracked and the handle as well cracked. If you dont put your treatment at least monthly the water will block up the pump....

Great, light weight steam mop

Fast delivery and easy to understand instructions. It took under a minute to assemble and use. The mop heats up quickly and has done a great job on my sealed wood floors and tiles. The attachments have been helpful for steaming couches, rugs and matresses.

Haan Multi S1-A70 Steam mop

I purchased this steam mop after reading many positive reviews and watching the Haan demonstration video. I have used the steam mop on slate and carpet floors, I am extremely happy with the ease of use and have a beautiful result with 'more than clean' slate floors and sanitised carpets. I would definitely recommend this product. eBay was very efficient with immediate order confirmation, followed by updates on dispatch and collection availability. Haan Steam mop

It has a good hot steam function that cleans really well without the need of any chemicals or soapy products.It does not overflow and floors are not too wet.So far very pleased with this mop.Haven’t used hand held steamer yet so that’s why it’s 4star.Also a good height unlike other versions I’ve used. Would recommend

Happy with Haan Steam Mop

Really happy with my mop. It is made of plastic and the last steam mop I had was a heavy solid steel one but it heats up quickly and it is so easy to refill the water and go again - no waiting for it to cool down. Happy so far.

I had my old Haan several years and it finally died. I started looking for a new one in the stores and found out they are discontinued. Was thrilled to find this new one! It works even better than the original one!

My Favourite Steam Mop Ever

I absolutely love this Haan steam mop. Super fast heating and ready to go. So many applications to use in the home. I purchased as a floor mop but the added bonus of the detachable unit means I can steam clean the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry with the hand held unit. The mop pads are great and easy to clean in the wash. All the accessories that are included are excellent, I especially liked the carpet cleaning attachment.

Is very good but for a lady bit heavy to do huge amount of floor.I was trying to clean insiade a shower with that detachable small handle but i fund out is not very practical as i still have to do it corners of the shower.Is briliant for floor.

Worth it!

So far loving this product. Really easy to assemble and clean. So versatile and saves so much time! Have used It to clean the carpets, floors and even my stove top which really needed it and it did such an amazing job!
