Bought the dryer on-line(from the Good Guys) and it was for delivery. Initially, my order was waiting to be delivered and had to follow-up a week later and told be it has been back ordered. I kept calling The Good Guys several times to follow it up and they kept passing me around to the store, warehouse, the supplier, the good guys. Was told it will arrive 2 weeks later, followed it up, was told the shippings got delayed and will arrive in another 2 weeks. More than a month later, still havent heard back. Followed it up again. Same excuses. Then later on the order date got changed that instead of I ordered it back in May 2022, it appeared as July 2022. Wasnt really happy about that. There are buttons that works with a touch of a finger, the rest looks and feels the sane but needs to be gauged by the knob.

In my personal experience, the Haier heat pump dryer has been life-changing. The fact that there is no condensation in the room from use like most dryers, and you can just empty the water tank straight into the sink after use. Or you can have the drain hose attached for even less work as it will drain straight to the sink. I have to be honest with any dryers the energy consumption is my biggest issue. This is probably the best that I have come across as has a 6-star energy rating with 135 kWh per year admission. It also can be set up and connected to an app on your phone via wifi with the set-up. You manage what drying cycle you want and remote start from your phone. With options to download other cycles and notify when it's completed the cycle and ready to take out. I can not recommend this dryer enough!

We wanted to upgrade from our old two energy star Condenser Dryer to a more efficient Heat Pump dryer but were worried about the typically long drying times. Saving on power is very important but sometimes you just need quick results. This model gave us the best of both worlds. The energy saving efficiency of the Heat Pump technology with the option to speed up the drying when you need it. The quality is great and it works perfectly for us. The 8 Star energy rating is a massive improvement on our old dryer and handles the clothes far more gently. This is a great and versatile product.

So far so good although I have only had it a short time. I would like it if it told me the time the load would take to dry from the start however it comes up in the last 30 mins or so so you get the count down essentially. There is a drying rack and a light inside which I love. It looks very aesthetically pleasing and the internal light comes on with the touch of the dial should you want to see how things are going inside. The cloths have come out dry when choosing the appropriate cycle too. It has been easy to clean after each use and empty the water reservoir and the lint filters. overall very pleases. If I need a new washer I would be keen to try there front load washer too.
Great machine - have the washer from this brand as well and no complaints at all. Used about 3 times (in the last two weeks) since I've had it. Gave TGG only 4 stars as the installation service (paid extra) could have been a bit better. The installers did not seem to know anything about these dryers and (hopeful) they removed all the transport bolts etc. They simply lifted the unit on top of the washer and were ready to leave. No levelling. No checking for stability. Didn't even power it up to check if it turned on LOL. I had to do all that myself. Good delivery service. Perhaps ill-trained for installation.

Delivery was literally the next day so I made sure I had a pile of laundry ready to go. Set up was ridiculously easy and i was eager to see what this bad boy could do. Omg this thing is so quiet compared to my old one. It does take longer to dry but considering my laundry no longer feels like a swamp it’s a total win. Gentle on the clothes and so far no socks have mysteriously gone missing. It did take me a good week to figure out what function would dry all items in one go and im loving the sanitise function, it’s a treat when you have little ones that spit up on everything. I have recently upgraded from a 16year old Westinghouse vented dryer. I love the new Haier Heat pimp dryer. Im a busy mum of three kids, wife to a sport nut husband and owner to a huge 45kg dog so you can imagine how much washing i must complete on a daily basis and how quick i need my washing to be dried. Thanks to the 30min express dry function this makes my life so much easier. I will admit the min the dryer was up and running i may have got all the kids pillows and doonas and did a sanitize cycle. King sheets fitted and top sheet perfectly done and in way less time than I would have thought. Would leave pillowcases out as they tend to bunch up in balls with the sheets and dont dry I think not dryer but user error there. Compact and can go anywhere due to no venting required. It does recommend not to put on carpet I have it in the garage I just empty the water tank after each load and its done. Easy lint removal again do after each load. I could easily run this in my bedroom at night as it’s ridiculously quiet, and being a heat pump dryer means no condensation. at all. I won’t even go into the convenience of being able to change what side you want the door you want to open - with literally just a screwdriver! But all of that, mixed with my energy monitor calculating $0.45¢ per load. I’m happy!

I was worried about stuff shrinking. But there is a delicate mode which is more gentle and doesn't super dry your items. They still come out dry, but not crisp dry, and no shrinkage. I also like that it predicts how long it needs to dry your items. You don't set a timer or anything like that. I did read a review where someone thought it took too long to dry. I haven't noticed that. I have an 8KG Haier front loader as well, and if I take a load of clothes out of that, and put it in the dryer, it takes around an 1 or 1 hour and 20 to dry it. 4 big bath towels need about 1.5 hours on the cotton setting ...
