My last dryer was over 20 years old and making weird noises. I bought this one and its great. Easy to use and much quieter. I love the fact it reverses itself when drying which is especially good for sheets. It’s been a few weeks now. I definitely recommend.

Nice unit, great features, initial use was amazing. Used 3 times. great results with the sensor drying. Now it's not turning. I have contacted Appliances Online who just gave me a number. It's been a few weeks and the technician will come out soon to see if it's warranty. I am incredibly patient. As long as it's fixed I'll recommend it and be happy with it. But I'm a bit frustrated so far.

The sensor dry function keeps going well after the clothes are dry. The minimum dry time on timer is 30 minutes whereas a lesser time would be practical in some situations. Not a good purchase. The less featured 6kg haier dryer would probably have been a better buy

It does everything it claims to do and does it well. Our old dryer finally died after 15 plus years so there's really no comparison with the Haier. Been using it for a month now (lots of wet weather). It's faster and quieter than the old one with features that didn't exist all those years ago. It's even easier to use.
I mainly use my dryer to finish off clothes that haven't fully dried or aired outside. This dryer is perfect for me. The different temperature settings are accurate. Reasonably quiet, very efficient and more than enough options for everyday use. The only thing I would have liked is a 'finished' alert. Very good dryer.
The Haier 5kg Vented Dryer has several drying options to pick from and the results have been good. I don't use the dryer all the time. I mainly use the dryer on high humidity days so that the clothes can be completely dried or when it looks like rain for several days.
Bought this 2 months ago Has been used every day since as we leave in a share house. Can not find anything to complain about. It is a good looking unit and drys clothes well. We have a Haier washing machine as well which has been faultless in 18mths of use. Value for money. We've had expensive top end LG whitegoods in past and will never purchase again due to faulty products and constant repairs. Inconvenience without purchased items and bad customer service to add to the disappointment.
I love my new clothes dryer. I put the wet clothes in from washing machine and the dryer does the rest, stopping when clothes are dry. Most things I can hang or fold and put away. I was also very happy with the prompt service from Appliances on Line. I placed my order one day and my dryer was delivered next morning.
Dryer works well, clothes dry in expected time frames but it seems as loud as our old one and I had hoped the noise would reduce. Lint filter is easy to access and clean. Controls are easy to use and installation was straightforward. Instructions for use were clear - the only issue was how to install the inverted panel, no guidance available from after over an hour on the phone to Appliances Online and Haier. We finally had to pull the knob off firmly to allow us to stick on the inverted panel. We are happy with our purchase, the online buying and delivery experience was positive.
My new Haier dryer was priced well, delivered promptly and professionally. The dryer is much more efficient than I expected drying my first load of washing for less than 30 cents. I was disappointed to find I needed gaffer tape to connect my existing exhaust vent to the back but I am happy with the result. It was purchased to replace my 25 year old White Knight tumble dryer after the original plastic door catch broke - no replacement part available after a worldwide search. Next time I will 3D print a replacement.
