I bought this as it was well priced and I had a good experience with my Haier fridge. If it wasnt such a pain to return it, I would have. Firstly I expected it to be the same colour as my stainless Haier fridge but its not. Its a sort of frosted plastic version - disappointing as the difference is very visible as theyre next to each other. I would have expected Haiers stainless steel colour to be consistent across their range. Secondly, its extremely loud and the cycles are long. The light cycle lasts 90 minutes and is so loud I cant watch TV while its on. No complaints on the quality of the wash, but definitely wouldnt recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant dishwasher. Love the eco function, and the rinse function if you aren't planning on operating the dishwasher for a while - no smelly dishwasher. I use the appliance about twice a week (there's only two of us) and it's perfect for that. It's quiet - if you're in the kitchen you can hear it, but otherwise,absolutely wouldn't know it was on. The set up with the plumber took about 20 minutes including testing. It takes a lot of dishes, and I can get one frying pan and one saucepan in it, which again is perfect for us. I can't fault it. I'm really really happy with it. It can go underbench or stand alone. Mine fit into the standard 600mm space perfectly.

No matter that I use the recommended tablets, or how I stack it, or even if I run it half empty, there are always items that aren't clean. Every single time. It just seems like a poorly designed piece of equipment - the spray arm hangs low and sometimes doesn't clear the dinner plates, the tablet door sometimes doesn't pop open. And sometimes there seems to be no reason. My new routine is to unload the dishwasher, fill the sink and wash the dishes that come out dirty. Haier fridge and washing machine - yes, but I would say stay away from the dishwasher.

Washes well, great display and controls. Interior has plastic panels, not all stainless steel, and the front panel is silver painted metal. Lower tray is a bit rickety on its wheels when empty, noise level is a bit loud when its empty, (for the first wash), passably quiet when filled with dishes. Overall I think its worth the price paid. Washes very well.
THe product works fine but the drama around the service installation made the savings on the product not worth it. They fixed 3 different dates and each one they did not turn up and said that Good Guys had not confirmed the date with them despite me confirming with Good Guys. Then on installation - they broke the shelf and didn't say anything about that when they left and then the water pressure in the sink tap became so poor I had to pay for a plumber to come and fix it - I recommend not to use the installation team but organise yourself.
First wash was empty to clean the mc. Had it on auto so thought 146 minutes (2.5 hours) was high for auto sensoring an empty mc. The racks where dripping wet after the cycle. No cycle has dried the dishes properly or even mostly. Heavy was is 130min. Light an incredible 90 minutes. Glass 120 min. Rince 20. Economy cycle is 174!!! Minutes almost 3hrs of power It does clean alright but not the top of utensils on cutlery tray
Looks lovely. But its quite small, not a lot of room. And we often have to wash things twice because they dont clean properly, even with light soiling and on the heavy cycle. Also, the cycles are soooo long. The drying cycle doesnt do anything, it just adds a ton of extra time but the dishes still come out soaked.Our haier washing machine and fridge are great but give this one a miss. We regret buying it and wish we spent it on another one instead. Listen to the negative reviews. We were too optimistic but reading them now that we have the dishwasher, its unfortunately super accurate.
If I had gone in to the shop to pick a new dishwasher, I would have bought something with more space inside. My old dishwasher packed it in after about 30 years and had lots more space. It also had an automatic closing door -- just a gentle touch and the door swung closed. No such feature on this, so I have to bend down to shut the door, which at over 90 is a tad difficult!Having said that, I am generally satisfied with the performance of the machine and would say it is good value for money. I would recommend it, with provisions.
Really like the dishwasher. Haven't had one for 40 years. It's good value. If staff had their chance we would never have known about it. Left the store after being rushed through two expensive purchases, looked at dishwashers and were only, quickly, shown the most expensive options. Grabbed a current brochure on our way out of the store and found the Haier dishwasher advertised. Returned later to the store to purchase and again rushed through like lightening - same consultant. Found out later from a friend that some cutomers were provided with a product bonus when purchasing, but were not offered anything. Spent over $1000 that day - not sure we'll bother to come back.
It washes the dishes so does what it’s meant to do. We only wanted a cheapy to get us by for a few years until we can afford to have our kitchen replaced. I went off other reviews and am disappointed. It’s noisy and leaves water on everything despite a 40- minute drying cycle. The water arm hits the top of our standard-sized dinner plates. We’ll be investing in a Miele when the time comes - our friends have one and it’s really quiet and does an excellent job.
