I was after a more expensive model of similar size but they weren't in stock at Good Guys, so I settled on this fridge instead. The plastic drawers feel a bit cheap, but it does the job, it's nice and quiet, has plenty of space, and considering the 40% price difference vs. the other brand, I have no real complaints except that swapping the door hinge side turned out to be more challenging than you might expect - took me hours and I don't think the Haier factory QA team checks for potential issues with swapping the hinge. I bought this fridge originally just to keep my pillows cool whilst I'm living at my mothers house. The fridge fits perfectly under my bed and has recently been used to store my Jung-Kook Pop! Vinyl. As well as other band members I enjoy storing in my fridge. I found the fridge whilst researching my favorite anime Satina, I was disappointed to see that it was a fridge but was greatly inviting of the size. (it fits all of my Satina body pillows)

I love my new fridge. I’ve had it for a few weeks now. LOOKS: great. I got the silver/stainless version and it looks lovely. No fingerprints, fits perfectly in nook. SOUNDS: sounds fine. Before I bought it I had read some reviews that it was a little noisy. I’ve found mine to be very quiet. My old fridge was noisier! FUNCTIONALITY: Fridge at the top is great. Easy access and loading / unloading is much easier. The freezer door is very low to the ground. I’ve scrapped my toes a couple of times (which hurt) so be careful when you first get it. The layout of this fridge/freezer is fab. More than enough side shelving for jars/small bottles and a extra wide shelf for drink bottles. The veg crisper and extra crisper for whatever you need ( i use for meat) are on a smooth roller system making it superbly easy to access, they are also temperature controlled by a panel on the fridge door. The freezer is just ideal, 3 x roll out shelves - one large for ice cream, one mid size for frozen veg & a smaller one for ice blocks or pastry. I'm a mad cook so this fridge surprised me with how much I could put in, compared to my old Westinghouse which was supposed to have been bigger. Highly recommended if you are looking for a large fridge with ample space and a clever layout.

I bought this fridge because I wanted a freezer with drawers for extra space and having 3 in this guy was a winner for me. It doesn't have a fixed ice tray but it frees us up to store the ice where we want in our own tray (it comes with a little movable tray but it's pretty pathetic). The fridge also has an extra tray in the fridge section. I thought it was an extra crisper drawer but it actually has its own air flow and you tell the fridge what you're storing in it and it cools it separately (say you're keeping seafood in the fridge, pop it in this section and it'll stay at a slightly cooler temp than the rest of the fridge). I bought this fridge because the height fit my kitchen and I thought Haier has been around for a while now so should be of good quality. However, the fridge started making noises after 1 month. I called service, they came and tightened the screw inside, apparently one part was loose and making noise. Also there was a lot of ice behind freezer wall.It fixed the issue at that moment but 2weeks later it makes noises again, shorter in duration but still quite unpleasant.Also the door doesn't close tightly unless you press it yourself
It's super quiet. Has oodles of room. Plenty of adjustable heights for drawers, shelving and door shelving available. Can easily be adjusted to suit individual needs. The different zones and usable crisper storage are also fantastic additions. An all-rounder of A grade proportions. A big, BIG fridge packed into a small but sleek exteriors
Nothing but problems from the word go. Door doesn't open wide enough to get the veggie doors in and out. The veggie drawer is constantly full of water which has to be mopped out daily to stop the veggies going slimy. It says the door is reversible, and comes with a kit to do so, but apparently if you reverse it yourself you void the warranty (although it doesn't state this in any information online or that came with the fridge), so we ended up having to pay for a technician, but when the doors where reversed the fridge didn't work. Eventually we had another technician declare the fridge as faulty but three months later we're still waiting for the Good guys to replace the fridge. The customer service has been appalling. Do your self a favour and don't buy this fridge.
Don’t buy this fridge and waste your hard earned money. We got this fridge 6 months back and it has stopped cooling at all. Even freezer stops working all of a sudden. Haier has worst customer service it has been 4days I call them everyday nobody has still come to have a look and they say they are very busy and will likely be able to visit by 2nd Feb. I got 2 small kids at home and because of COVID things are already hard for me. I have thrown out so many things from fridge and freezer because they have gone bad. Literally in so much depression because I have no idea what to do in this situation. I made the worst decision buying this fridge.
really great fridge. my food is lasting much longer, compared to my old frigdge. so much space - great layout of the shelves and door storage. love how big the bottom door shelf is, can fit large bottles/products easily. absolute nightmare to swap the doors to the other side - i did it but the instructions in the manual aren't helpful at all. also the digital thermometer, isn't the easiest to program - the steps to program it in the manual dont work as easy as it would make you believe. should be a lot more simple. the manual is for a few models and it needs to be re done correctly so there is one manual for just this fridge. i besides the swapping doors issue and programing the temp, i am happy with my purchase.
