happy. This machine is big as I can do washing every 2 weeks 3 members of the family. Dosnt make any big noise,choose of multi programs,water level ,temperature. You can add clothes buy pausing the machine. Nice looking and have soaking option . Doesn’t keep bad odour as the front machine. I love topload as you can leave the machine lid open to get the water moisture dry.

Error codes! Pump has failed twice, drain has blocked, dash buttons disintegrated over night, filters broke. Worst machine we have ever bought!

washes well only took few minutes with help of instruction manual to be able to use. would be good if it had a whites washing cycle. I am not the only person using it and no one has had any difficulty using it. Washes clothes well. Clothes can be slightly tangled after spin but not as much as I had with my previous machine. Very happy with machine would buy again

Fast delivery, super quiet..washes great, just don't overload it..previously had a 7.5kg but so happy with this 10kg..bigger load size even though machine is smaller than previous simpson I had..more room in my laundry..very happy with all aspects of machine & delivery...
Greatest point has to be the quick wash cycle, which is 40 mins on a high water level which a major improvement on my last machine (the same cycle took 70 mins). On first appearances the build seems a bit cheaper in comparison to other brands but as a household of 7 adults, I can assure you its a sturdy machine and pricing for me cancels this out. I’ve used all the wash cycles and have not been disappointed by the cleanliness of my laundry! Love the compact size in both height and width and I no longer have to stand on tip toes to get the socks at the bottom of the drum. May just be me, but the drum size seems a bit smaller than my old Samsung 10kg but I can still wash a king sized doona with ease. I brought this last year after alot of research online, the product appealed due to the large capacity and advanced water saving features.
I like my new Haier 10kg washing machine with its large tub and ease of use. Very pleased with my purchase of my washer.
The drain pump has already started to make excessive noise. Spin cycle is below average.

Ok so I had a 6.5L Haier washer and after about 6yrs the bearings went, so after putting up with the noise (and I mean NOISE) we upgraded to a 10kg machine. Little did I know that it would put me off Haier for life!!! Constant error messages from Day 1, Auto fill didn't work at all - everything ended up with a Low water limit, clothes came out with more dirt and lint than they went it - we kinda figured that maybe the clothes were 'sharing' the dirt they were washing off but that's not the look I was going for, then there's the flooding - the limit on when the water was full to that wash just stopped working so if you weren't quick enough your floor got washed - then you had to make your way over to stop the machine but that wasn't enough, you actually had to turn ... MoreOk so I had a 6.5L Haier washer and after about 6yrs the bearings went, so after putting up with the noise (and I mean NOISE) we upgraded to a 10kg machine.
