I purchased this washing machine primarily based on the smaller size and light weight as it was a for an older retired family member. For a smaller low cost machine it does everything you expect. The soft close lid is a nice touch and the controls are easy to use. So far it runs really well. I made sure to get it nice and level and haven't had any problems with vibration and noise. The owner is really happy with it and has used it a number of times in the 3 weeks since we bought it. I would recommend this washing machine for people who small loads of washing. Perfect for individuals or couples.

Pros:- Machine is smaller in size than my previous 6kg but seems to fit more as it doesn’t have an agitator.- Installers were great.- Doesn’t continually beep once the load is finished until you turn it off like my old machine.- Clothes don’t tend to tangle too much.- Despite only having a 750rpm spin, clothes don’t tend to come out too wet.- Cycle times are quick (around 45 min for normal).Cons- I seem to get an unbalanced load error frequently when doing smaller loads.- There is a lint filter which is meant to be cleaned every 6 loads.- No function to allow you to select a soaking length.

I bought this 2.5 months ago to replace my previous machine that died. So far it is working well. The machine defaults to the 7 minute spin setting and I find I need to increase this to the 9 minute setting to get comparable results with my previous machine. Other negative reviews complain about the clothes tangling, the load becoming uneven and the machine constantly stopping. The machine has only stopped once since I've had it. I find that as long as the clothes aren't bunched up when you put them in the machine the load doesn't become uneven during washing.
My old machine (which was 20 years old) broke down just as the Covid19 restrictions came into place. Therefore, I had to choose a new machine online as I was not able to go the stores to look at various models. This is a good machine for a small space and great if you are only one or two people. Washes and spins really well. The only disappointment is that there is no dispenser for fabric softener. You have to remember to go back at the rinse stage to add it in manually. I don't always remember and even when I do it is not as good as having the dispenser.Service from Bing Lee was really good, Delivery people came when they said they would, installed new machine and took away old one.
Living alone, I bought the smallest top loader in the shop about 5 months ago and haven't been disapointed. It's very quiet and as long as it's not overloaded and clothes are evenly distributed, it works perfectly. A full load is finished in about 43-48 mins, depending on options selected. Very satisfied.

First Harvey Norman is amazing with its delivery but the machine itself fits more than you think it would. It was the only machine that would fit into our tiny apartment space. People complain that the machine stops a lot during spinning but thats because the machine isn't balanced. My clothes haven't come out tangled at all, i think people are over packing the machine if that is happening. If you get dried laundry powder all over your finished laundry, read the instructions! You need to dissolve the powder first! For the price and size, it is a good little machine and I highly recommend
This is the worst washing machine I’ve owned, somehow it manages to twist every single item of clothing. Each piece looks like it’s been taken out, twisted up by hand to wring out the water, then put back in! Horrible, all clothes need to be ironed to get wrinkles out. Other machines I have owned have never done this!
Machine doesn’t fill up, water level is extremely low even when I select Max level.When I try and do a hot wash to remove any stains or for soaking, water is warm.When I select warm, water is tepid. I have been having to turn cold inlet tap off to ensure enough hot water is added both for warm and hot washes. Then once cycle starts I then have to go back in and turn cold inlet tap on for rinse cycles. Which is time consuming and a pain plus I have to be home if not doing a cold wash.
