Poor choice of options for cycles. Spin on delicates almost non existent, leaving clothes dripping wet. My previous Haier was fantastic.The delivery guys connected the cold water hose to the hot and the hot to cold, ruining by jumpers before I realised.And customer service has not responded to my complaint.

I purchased this washing machine because there was no stock if my preferred brand but Im very disappointed in the result. The dials are not easy to see or figure out. One Willem, machine washable jumper was destroyed in a gentle wash. Its annoying that you need to reset the controls if you open the lid once the cycle has begun. It seems to wash the clothes ok and its quiet but nothing compared to my LG washer.

For the cost This works a lot better and gives a more satisfying wash than the very expensive model of another brand I had bought only recently which I found toocomplicated and expensive surround Is it great value for the money Very compact in size and looks prettty .good My only complaint is the grey writing against the black of thecontrols which when ou have poor eyesight like me .mak. however the red led lighting works well for me
