The trident hook turned back and hooked on the hole in the body of the lure on every cast so it was a complete waste of money. I will never buy one of these again.

Split ring on the front of lure doesn’t allow you to put anything on it ? Because the hole is to small , tried to attach a swivel like most lures and it wouldn’t work.
Wanted to catch some salmon. This caught me salmon. Worked for me, and I'm a terrible line fisho.
Casts well, good visibility in the water, moves well.
Quality finish, casts very well. A shame I got it stuck up a tree over the water! It’s in someone else’s tackle box now… oh well.
Great fun lure. I have caught heaps of herring with it. Changed the treble to a smaller one and i am catching even more. I purchased a sugapen lure and have cought zero fish on that 1.
I’ve been a Raider Lure fan for years but tracking them down is near impossible and switched to Halco. Overall, I found them to be very robust and great for throwing longer as 3-4g heavier than the raiders so allows for extra winding. My only observation is that the red tag doesn’t last long and often lose every 2-3 catch. I found an art centre that has plastic card and made my own replacements, but would be great if they lasted a little longer as notice that less ‘bites’ without the red oval. Overall, still happy.
I recommend all tailor fishermen carry this lure. I have hit my bag limit several times using the ‘Streaker’ lure, it absolutely works.
