Must be another product cost reduction to help the executives make their bonuses. Purchased these to replace older ones as elastic was getting too weak. New ones have less elastic strength than the older ones they were to replace.

I got these a few days ago and love them! They have a very soft, comfortable waist band that is tagless. Its really soft and flexible. The fabric is so much softer than other brands I have tried. I also love the moisture wicking away to stay cozy all day. They fit true to size and wash up nicely as well. They also don't ride up which is amazing while sitting behind a desk all day! Totally recommend these for the comfort, quality and durability.

The waistband is very comfortable and doesn't leave a mark on the skin. Not only that it is comfortable, it is also breathable. It doesn't give any rash even after a long day of manual labor.in terms of shrinkage, the difference is insignificant. This is really a steal for the price.It is very affordable but with high quality.

I am a reviewer for Hanes, and I received a free package of 6 Hanes Comfort Flex Mens Tagless Boxer Briefs in size large to review. The briefs come individually rolled up and sealed in a plastic bag. Three of the boxer briefs are black in color and they are 100% cotton. The other three are a heathered gray color and are made of 75% cotton and 25% polyester. We agreed on the following: The briefs are soft and comfortable to wear. There is no tag so there was no irritation from having a tag. The wider waist band sits comfortably and moves with you. There is no rolling of the waistband, so the briefs stay in place. The 4” leg is nice, they do not climb up and they feel comfortable with whatever pants you are wearing. (I wore tighter jeans and my husband wore khakis to work.) Since the weight of the briefs is not heavy there was no lines showing through our pants. There is plenty of room in the seat area and there is no riding up of the briefs. My husband stated that the are where his parts sit is just right. It is not tight, but also not baggy or hanging and the slot opening is comfortable to use and does not hang open. I washed the briefs in cool water and dried them on low, which is what I always do, and the briefs kept their shape with no shrinkage. Overall both my husband and I are very pleased with these briefs.
Sorry, but not your finest moment here.... waist band is so loose, no support what so ever. they remind me of my grandfather's old woolen winter underwear. And your right, the legs won't ride up, cause my knees prevent them from going anywhere but down. Needless to say, you get what you pay for.
I have purchased Hanes boxer briefs for years. These are the most uncomfortable boxers that I have every purchased. The fabric is still very stiff even after a few washings. The size also runs smaller than previous Hanes purchases.as well. I have always worn a medium and these run small.
Disappointed with these as they are very, very thin. I don’t expect they will last more than a few washings. Oh well seems to be the trend these days. Poor money into marketing rather than quality manufacturing. Won’t be buying from Hanes any longer.
The Hanes Men's Tagless Boxer Briefs are the most comfortable briefs that I have worn. They have a nice stretchable band across the top that does not cut into my waist. I like that the brand name "Hanes" is embroidered across the band. The briefs themselves are made of quality material and are stitched very well. They do not pinch or bunch up around my legs and they keep everything in place. They are not bulky feeling nor do they weigh me down, they are soft and move with my body. They are a nice fit and true to size. I am enjoying the Hanes tagless band Boxer Briefs.
These briefs were the worst disappointment I've ever experienced. I have purchased Hanes underware for many years and was very satisfied with them. Hanes has now given in to greed. These briefs are only half as thick as they have been in the past. This means that if I continue to buy Hanes I will have to buy more much sooner than normal because they are about as thick as a piece of paper. The only thing this underware is good for is to give them away at a homeless shelter. This is a shameless money grab and I will never buy Hanes underware again. This is Hanes loss and a more reputable company's gain.
At first they may feel a bit uncomfortable. After I washed them and put them on they are very comfortable as the day goes by after you first put them on. I've bought so many of these briefs and will continue to buy more they are my favorite. True to size so get the size you normally wear not a size bigger or smaller they will be too tight or really big.
