I'm not sure I could be more disappointed with this purchase. If one thing should be made right and feel right, it's underwear. This product just blows it.Coming out of the package, the items looked OK, generous cut, decent fabric, all that stuff. Then after a couple of more washings, I saw a LOT of loose threads, the boxers streatched out, and not in a good way, and a couple of the colors began to get so threadbare that I could almost see through them. My husband bought these same boxers around 2 years ago and absolutely loved them. So, once he wore the originals down to nothing he quickly requested another pack. These are some really nice, good quality boxers, they last for quite sometime and can withstand numerous washes. The only negative to them is that they tend to wear easily around the elastic waistband causing holes to quickly work their way around the edge, though even when filled with holes they still hold up. I personally think they soften up after a few washes but always keep their structure. I have always loved Hanes boxers. They were soft and comfortable. The new Hanes boxer is nothing like the old Hanes boxer. This new boxer is a thinner, rougher cotton where the old boxer was truly a soft cotton. This new boxer is almost itchy on my skin. I would definitely hope someone would put quality back in this product. Men like soft boxers. Please don't cheapen the product to try and save a few pennies. I would gladly pay more for a higher quality product.

Another Hanes product from Target that my husband has been wearing over 15 years. Ot was time for some new boxers and we picked these his faves. They are a bit smaller than they used to make them putting them side by side a bit shorter as well. The material is thinner. Very disappointing. Still wearable. Miss the quality they used to be.
I just opened this package yesterday to put on a pair and when Idid, the waistband separated and unraveled making them unwearable. Then I tried a second pair, and it was sized wrong in the wrong package, it was a size "L" and got mixed up in my pack of 2 XL. So 2 pairs I can't use. I decided to throw out the whole lot of them (all 5 pairs) because I noticed the waistbands on the others were poorly attached to the shorts and started to unravel as soon as I unfolded them. Hanes, you used to be high quality nd I always bought your brand, but your quality control is slipping. These should have been sold as "irregulars" not regular stock. I am very disappointed.
So I am lady who is always looking for a bargain. I use coupons and I try pay attention to whats on sale, if I can get an item at a discount. I will! Since being in quarantine, I live in soft running shorts. Well folks, they are getting dingy. Much to my husbands chagrin, I started wearing his old boxers as shorts and OMG! Its lovely. They are super soft, comfortable and 10x better than my old running shorts and they even look like the shorts I own. Not to mention, they are cheaper! I’m sold and have a new go-to quarantine wardrobe :)
Did you people mess with the sizing? I've been buying these for years and the new ones are bigger than before. I of course buy the same size as always but these are bigger. What is going on here? You've made these bigger. Why do you have to constantly mess with products that are perfect? Medium isn't a medium any longer? Still soft and comfortable, though.

Have purchased these many times for my husband, just purchased a new pack. This pack was rough, not soft at all, even though that is what the package claims. He also said they don't fit the same and are not as comfortable as previous times we have purchased them. What is happening to Hanes products? They seem to be going downhill with each purchase. . .
Ordered black/grey boxer briefs. Received a variety of "BLUES". Terrible quality control! Can no longer use shipping from Target.
