Just as expected. The perfect size for small hands with big imaginations. These are bright and colorful. The material looks like felt, but a super-reinforced version as it seems extremely durable. No hard edges or pieces that might cause injury, so all pros and no cons. Hape makes great products.

My 7 mo is enjoying playing with the various shapes (fruit). The basket is cute and also functional for adding additional toys to and going to the park, or a friends. Soft, good quality and washable. I might also order the veggie basket.

My kids have been enjoying playing with the felt food for some time now. My only criticism is the amount of plastic holding all of the fruit together in the packaging. It's a minor criticism, but there it is. Works great!
It is smaller than what I expected and smaller than what it appeared in the description. I bought it as a gift so it hasn't been used yet but overall seems like a nice toy for small children.

We love Hape toys. I have the soft "bread basket" already, and purchased this and the fruit basket to place in my daughter's Hape kitchen (when we set it up for her birthday). The pieces are cute, good quality, and the perfect size for toddler hands. Great for imaginary play!
We loved the size and the colors for our little 16 month old. She likes to hold them . The basket is just the right size for her to take with her on a walk around the house.
These felt fruits and vegetables are very nice. They’re perfect for my 1 year old grandchild who is thoroughly enjoying them.
